This was the first time getting my new truck serviced. I took it in for routine service and they found a recall for the fuel injection computer issue. They took care of both items in a very timely manner. No second visit. That is very important to me. Did a great job.

This place sucks! At least the service department does… even though the greeter people are very nice it took 2 1/2 hours for a simple oil change and then they came and told me I needed $7000 worth of work on my super-clean, pristine engine that does not leak and has no engine warning lights of any kind. I don’t trust them or their assessment of my vehicle. I think they’re trying to scam people for unnecessary and excessive work and plus it took FOREVER even though I had an appointment! Seriously they should be reported to the better Business Bureau… don’t go here unless you want to waste your time and money.!

Worst Dealership in Colorado. My Girlfriend has been here twice for a simple oil change that were both scheduled ahead of time. The first one took 3 HOURS!!! and they left grease on the passenger front seat. The second took 2 HOURS and they tried to give her a bill for- I KID you NOT- $7,000. LOL. The truck was just there two months prior for an oil change and ALL of a sudden they find $7,000 in repairs. Stay away from here. Run by SCAM ARTISTS.

Issue was resolved but here’s the problem. When I brought the vehicle in for repair, i had to leave it there. I asked for a loaner vehicle, and was told that couldn’t be done. Per some policy, i have to make an appointment for repairs, and you’d have to get it diagnosed and if it was a serviceable issue, only than could i be given a loaner. Well, I am unable to plan when a vehicle which i bought from your dealership brand new will break, hence I can’t make an appointment in advance. It breaks, I bring it in! But without appointment I have to leave it overnight. I, like pretty much everyone else have a children in school, work and other responsibilities to tend to which requires me to have a vehicle. Otherwise I wouldn’t need one at all. The check in person also brought out another person, supposedly a manager who reiterated the same thing while adding that you don’t have ANY vehicles available for loaners. Really? You are a dealership with a full lot of vehicles! Granted issue was resolved the next day, but the hoops i had to go through to accommodate the rest of my day and coming back the next day to pickup the vehicle, is pretty disappointing. Also, please inform your staff that telling customers that if they don’t et a 100% positive review, they’ll get in trouble. Guilting customers is not a good way to receive a good feedback. Earning it via proper solutions and great customer service is. Anyway, those are my two cents.

I just recently purchased a vehicle from this dealer 11/25/23 and let me start by saying that going into any car dealer can be intense and you almost feel like you have to prepare yourself for it. This was not that. It was a great experience from start to finish. From the day I inquired about a vehicle I was contacted right away by Austen G. asking me if I had any questions he could answer for me so that was great right off the bat. I scheduled an appointment that same day (11/25) just to go see the vehicle not thinking we were going to make any decisions that day. We looked at the car and saw what we liked but were never pressured into making a decision so that made it so much easier to think about it and negotiate some numbers. I feel that other places would kind of be put off by the indecisiveness and rush the appointment but that was not the case here. On the contrary, it was wonderful to have a sales consultant like Austen be willing to run back and forth with numbers and really work with us on the price instead of against us. I can’t say enough good things about Austen and everyone involved in our car buying experience. He was a pleasure to deal with no doubt!

This is I believe my fifth car in the past few years that I have purchased. Though I've had a few different salesmen. All have been great. Van was my most recent salesman, he is super courteous and polite. I really appreciated working with him. He connected well with my son as we were purchasing his first car. Recently purchased a vehicle, If you look at how all car dealerships and dealers all have the same purpose is to sell you a car no matter what mentality. You should now this going into any dealership with this in mind you know can focus on what’s important to you without giving in remember you don’t have to sign or say yes to anyone. But if you going to purchase a vehicle I would highly recommend going to foundation Cadillac. High quality vehicles, great warranty, the customer service was and continues to be above and beyond. Thanks Alex! This is after going to 3-4 other dealerships.

Sam and Dom very both very friendly, knowledgeable, and enjoyable. No one really loves the whole car dealership experience but I never experienced here. It was not that way at all! Brought my car here for the first time and for the most part everything was great. The service techs Jason and Juan were helpful and provided good customer service, and it looks like the auto tech Jesus did solid work all around. Just considering the time between dropping off and picking up my car would be 5 stars. My only complaint is with scheduling appointments. The online portal looks like it works great if you need an oil change, a service package, or one of the few other common options available; options beyond that aren't provided. I had at least 5 calls go unanswered attempting to schedule an appointment, and according to other reviews this has been a thing at this dealership for years now. You are essentially forced to go down to the dealership to schedule, or take a gamble on a voicemail being returned. It's unprofessional and it would be a total non-issue if there were more expanded options or an "Other" choice in the online portal. Other than scheduling, it looks like they do good work here.

This is the worst car dealership. Avoid them at all costs. I negotiated with them by phone and email for over a week because I am 250 miles from the dealership. I was constantly passed off to different people and no one knew what they were doing. We finally agreed on an offer that included a $5,000 rebate. They sent me a written offer that included the rebate and scheduled a time for me to make the 500 mile round trip to purchase the vehicle. When I got to the dealership they told they that I didn't qualify for the $5,000 rebate. I asked them to compensate me for my 500 mile round trip. The smug little "sales manager" said they weren't going to do anything and didn't even apologize. Unfathomable incompetence and deceit.
