This is I believe my fifth car in the past few years that I have purchased. Though I've had a few different salesmen. All have been great. Van was my most recent salesman, he is super courteous and polite. I really appreciated working with him. He connected well with my son as we were purchasing his first car. Thank you guys again for a great service and a great experience. Much appreciated. See you in a few months

Recently purchased a vehicle, If you look at how all car dealerships and dealers all have the same purpose is to sell you a car no matter what mentality. You should now this going into any dealership with this in mind you know can focus on what’s important to you without giving in remember you don’t have to sign or say yes to anyone. But if you going to purchase a vehicle I would highly recommend going to foundation Cadillac. High quality vehicles, great warranty, the customer service was and continues to be above and beyond. Thanks Alex! This is after going to 3-4 other dealerships.

Sam and Dom very both very friendly, knowledgeable, and enjoyable. No one really loves the whole car dealership experience but I never experienced here. It was not that way at all! I appreciate the honesty and genuine care I dealt with from start to finish. I’m very happy I got to take home a new car that day and the process was quick and pleasant! Thank you!

Great experience selling my car to Foundation Chevrolet. They paid a fair price for my vehicle with zero run around. In fact, their offer easily beat every other Chevy dealer in the Denver area. Brought my car here for the first time and for the most part everything was great. The service techs Jason and Juan were helpful and provided good customer service, and it looks like the auto tech Jesus did solid work all around. Just considering the time between dropping off and picking up my car would be 5 stars. My only complaint is with scheduling appointments. The online portal looks like it works great if you need an oil change, a service package, or one of the few other common options available; options beyond that aren't provided. I had at least 5 calls go unanswered attempting to schedule an appointment, and according to other reviews this has been a thing at this dealership for years now. You are essentially forced to go down to the dealership to schedule, or take a gamble on a voicemail being returned. It's unprofessional and it would be a total non-issue if there were more expanded options or an "Other" choice in the online portal. Other than scheduling, it looks like they do good work here.

This is the worst car dealership. Avoid them at all costs. I negotiated with them by phone and email for over a week because I am 250 miles from the dealership. I was constantly passed off to different people and no one knew what they were doing. We finally agreed on an offer that included a $5,000 rebate. They sent me a written offer that included the rebate and scheduled a time for me to make the 500 mile round trip to purchase the vehicle. When I got to the dealership they told they that I didn't qualify for the $5,000 rebate. I asked them to compensate me for my 500 mile round trip. The smug little "sales manager" said they weren't going to do anything and didn't even apologize. Unfathomable incompetence and deceit.

I had a wonderful buying experience with Dominic! A car was an unexpected necessity and I was emotional and stressed out. I did not need a pushy, intense salesperson and I was lucky to find Dominic.He was friendly and knowledgeable and answered all of my questions, putting me at ease through the process of buying my first car. I will absolutely recommend him and the team at Foundation Chevrolet!

I took my 2500 Daneli and get service on my DPF system that I had me frustrated my service advisor. Jenny was able to resolve it for me very understanding too and knowledgeable. I recommend if you go to the Chevy foundation ask for Jenny she’s the best.

Alex is a crooked dealer. Here is my experience. They didn't even properly onboard me. I was extremely disappointed with my experience today.... Which blows my mind after I explicitly expressed that I really needed this to be a good experience First off, I scheduled for 11 alex requested for me to come in at 10 then asked me to wait so he could try to secure another deal versus being mindful of me accommodating my schedule to cater to his. I did not like how alex was going back and forth between two people when we were trying to close the deal. He texted us when we were going over it at the restaurant that he was heading out. Not the case because I saw him with other customers who were there at 3... they were there after we left. I don't think he was fully honest with me. Please see where I said I wanted to see all the new trail blazers. When I came without Jordan alex told me the 2023 I test drove was the only new trail blazer with AWD. Clearly it wasn't since I bought a new trail blazer with AWD. A 2024I don't think working with Alex was a smart idea. My gut told me he was pushy and I regret telling you that I still wanted to work with him after my mistreatment today.

I took my 2014 GMC truck with about 19,000 miles into Foundation Chevrolet for an oil change a few months ago. I had an appointment, my wife and I sat for more than 4 hours to finally get the truck back. Totally outrageous! The service department informed me that it had a bad oil leak and needed gaskets. I told them that in nine years in the garage at home, in the same place there was not any oil on the floor and didn't want them "fixing" any more things than changing the oil. On August 21, 2023 I took the truck back to have the battery replaced, I also had an appointment for this service. I was at the dealership for 2 1/2 hours. When I made the appointment they informed me that the service would last about 1 hour. The service rep, Jason Hillard informed me that the truck (which now had 19,678 miles) needs ball joints in both sides and that both oil pans were leaking. The estimate for these repairs came back to be $3784.13 - REALLY!!! Again I informed him that there were no oil spots on my garage floor. I checked the ball joints myself when I returned home, they are fine. I have been a customer of Medved Chevrolet for many years both retail and wholesale. I have never been treated with such disrespect for my intelligence as I have since the dealership changed from Medved to Foundation. I have 60 years experience with automobile repairs. If they treat me like I don't know anything about autos, what are they doing to the innocent public that does not have any experience with auto service??? I have made my last trip to Foundation Chevrolet, which by the way is a fair distance from my house. There are two dealerships within 2 miles of my residence. I will be taking my business to one of them in the future. If you do decide to patronize Foundation, please be aware of what they are telling you about the service you need. You should also have an estimate from another dealership or private company before authorizing Foundation Chevrolet to do any repairs on your vehicle.

We purchased a Chevy Bolt there. They were eager to sell us the car but after the purchase, they have little interest in helping or serving the customer. The salesman ignored all our follow up questions in calls and texts about the 220V charger he promised a discount on. We went in and discussed the charger with the parts department but they admitted they did not know much about EV chargers. They got us the wrong charger (we told them we had an outlet already so just needed a plug-in) and we had to return it, which meant we lost our discount they promised. We had to research what we needed online and ordered it elsewhere. Only one person services EVs but when they did our annual maintenance, he did a good job. However, when we call to ask about recall notices we received, they hang up on us (thought we were accidentally disconnected but person did same thing when called the second time and mentioned the recall). You have to go in person to get their attention.

Uriah went above and beyond during my visit. He helped me find my dream truck and I couldn't be more satisfied. Highly recommend Uriah as he was knowledgeable about inventory and helping me find exactly what I wanted. The truck buying process couldn’t have been any simpler. Always professional employees. Always good service. I bought a brand new truck here and always take it in for routine maintenance and service. The only complaint I have is that you can never get through to the service department via phone. It has been a consistent issue for 2 years. I always have to drive there in person to make appointments. It's a little inconvenient. Other than that everyone is very friendly and does a great job

Great experience at Foundation Chevy! Their salesman, Steve Minor is the guy to go to...very personable and makes deals happen. Love my new truck! :)I would have given 5 stars if it weren't for a service technician. The service department had installed running boards on my truck and when the service technician returned my truck (which I had detailed prior to dropping off) it had grease marks all over the driver's side of the vehicle and right rear fender. I also found dog hair covering my floor mat and some on my driver's seat. Very disappointed!
