They did a fairly decent job, yet when I made the appointment to get my dog bathed and trimmed, toenails done and teeth I was quoted $75 then received a phone call saying it would be an additional $25 his backend being matted, by the time they were done and I came to pick my doggie up it was $150 definitely will look for a different groomer. He's only a medium sized dog never should have cost that much.

I’ve been taking my dogs to this groomer for years and always had a good experience- until now. When I picked her up today, I was horrified to see that they hacked her coat so badly she has bald spots. When I expressed my unhappiness, the groomer argued with me instead of addressing my concerns. To make matters worse, they charged me full price for this service. The staff was incredibly rude when confronted about the situation. This experience was beyond disappointing, and I will never bring my dogs here again. See pictured attached. It’s shocking how bad the grooming is. If you care about your pets, I strongly recommend finding another groomer

I took my pet for a bath, ear wash and found that his ears were not cleaned as they should be. I attach a photo of the day after I checked my pet's ears.

I took my Aussie doodle to see Nellie for grooming and he looks great! She was very kind and professional. Highly recommend!

I wanted to go here for the self-serve dog wash, but apparently it’s not closed anymore. Big bummer that would’ve been a big service in the neighborhood!

Super friendly. Even on our first visit my dogs tail wagged before we entered the door. Good vibes. She knew she was in good hands. Seems like she stayed cleaner longer than other places. Will be my new go to.

I’ve been taking my cockapoo here for over a year now. He always smells lovely and I can tell he loves the staff there. I recently took my Aussie golden mix here for the first time. She is a bit skittish but I was so impressed with how they welcomed her. This is one of the most affordable places in Denver that still provides excellent service. They continue to earn my business.

This is the best grooming service we have found in Denver. Our Bernedoodle loves coming here and always looks fantastic and is happy. She loves the staff and so do we! Highly recommend!

When you walk in, you can immediately feel the calm energy. My Baloo (Bernedoodle) has a lot of grooming anxiety from past experiences, and so I really appreciate that. We’ll be back!

It was my first time bringing my two small dogs in today. They are newer to being groomed so i was nervous. My nerves went away when i walked in and it was such a calm environment. They did a great job for an amazing price! 10/10 would recommend
