Had a great experience this week with Tom T. He showed us some nice options that would fit well in our space. They have so many models and choice of materials. I’d definitely recommend trying Octane out!

We have had the recliners for 2 years and the leather is tearing at the creases. I have filed 2 claims which were denied. Warranty or not a leather chair should not tear in random spots, from normal use. We have other leather furniture that is 25 years old and has not torn with use.

Josh Wolf was really great. It started with a Chat on the website. I had some questions because I have some chronic pain due to a construction accident I had several years before. I was hoping I could see the seats and try them out. Turns out their warehouse and showroom were only about 45 minutes away from where I lived so he invited my wife and I to come in. When we arrived he spent a lot of time with us showing several models with different features and was very patient with my hard to please eye. He found us just the right model with lumbar, and headrest adjustments and that fit our room configuration precisely. I’ll admit it, I can be a smart ass but he didn’t flinch. Really nice guy, no pressure, and very knowledgable. We bought on the spot. If you’re looking for top quality, fair prices, and good people to deal with call Josh.

As I posted below, the showroom experience was excelent. However, everything after that has been very poor. First, of the two models of chairs we ordered, one model was incorrect on the invoice. I contacted them to correct the invoice. They cancelled the incorrect order and placed a corrected order. When I finally received my order (6 weeks later), they had shipped the original incorrect models. I’ve contacted them to expedite picking up the incorrect chairs and to send the correct ones. They are working on it but I get no sense that anything is being expedited. For example, it took nearly a week just to get an RMA number issued for the return of the incorrect chairs. The product is good - still like the seating we have, but plan on waiting a long time to get your order.
Just bought a Home Theater full of seating (7 seats) from the Theater Seating Store. We were lucky enough to be able to visit their show room in Denver. What a fantastic experience. Josh helped us through the process and even offered suggestions for many other aspects of our home theater (he has a theater in his own home). We got just the seating we wanted and at a great price. We were able to take advantage of their 4th of July sale. My wife and I were very pleased with the final price of all this seating. The comfort and quality of the seating appears to be excellent. We’re looking forward to receiving our seating and getting into the new home theater.

Drew was very helpful with our massaging loveseat purchase. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions.
It is exactly 2 weeks from the date of the actual purchase. We received our delivery today, and it is actually what we have been wanting. We love it!

We had a great experience in the showroom at Octane seating. There were a lot of theater seat styles to sit in and our sales associate, Tory, was very knowledgeable and helpful. This is a great place to go to try before you buy.

Octane Seating provides excellent service and a wide variety of offerings for high performance seating. We recently completed a 12 seat home theater using their seating and were thrilled with the experience from beginning to end. The people here are very friendly, they have a pretty wide range of selections but at the end of the day they didn't have exactly what I was looking for, do I recommend this place absolutely, these are some of the best chairs that you'll ever sit in.

Products are fantastic and comfortable and they’ve got a very extensive showroom in Denver.
But the reason for the review is the help from Tory. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and he knew when to call for help when he didn’t have all the answers. Most notably, he was very patient while talking with my dad who can be confusing and always has ridiculous “what if” questions and I will always appreciate when people handle that well, and Tory absolutely did.

From the moment we walked into the showroom, Drew was incredibly helpful and easy to work with! He took the time to ask all the right questions, designed a layout that would work perfectly for my space (that was still under construction), and arranged to have the order held until construction of the home theater was complete (they even shipped to Missouri). I really appreciate that Drew took a couple hours to create different packages for me since I was still unsure of what I wanted at that point.
Ultimately, I ended up going with 8 of the black leather heated & massaging reclining theater chairs (two rows of four seats). These chairs are beyond comfortable! Even after sitting in them watching movies for 5+ hours! My friends and family absolutely love them and are always asking when we are having the next movie night! Thanks again, Drew, and Octane Seating!

Genuinely great place.
I've looked all over for good seating for my home theater, and this place actually has good prices and a lot to choose from.
Drew rocks and has been very helpful.
