Anastasia was just the right mix of informative and not pushy! She gave us time to make our own decision, but was available with every answer we needed. She even worked up several different quotes for us when we couldn’t make up our mind. The showroom is amazing, and it was overall a much more pleasant experience than we expected.

If I could give them zero stars I would. Chair broke in less than a month. I’ve left emails and phone calls, it’s been six weeks and nothing. We bought 8 chairs from them through Listen Up. RUN. Don’t look back. Buyer beware.UPDATE: Patience and persistence paid off. Finally got back to me and fixed the chair. 11/5/23

So glad this place was here. We have been looking at movie theater seats online and were stressed about what we wanted and liked. Having the opportunity to try out the different chairs and all the features was great. They have so many different chairs, sizes, colors and layouts. Anastasia was very helpful, answered all our questions but was not at all pushy. I never once felt like we were being pushed to make a decision. All-in-all a great experience and we found what we were looking for.

After 12 years my wife agreed to let me put my home theater together. We wanted to do this right. This is a large investment, and I wanted the best for our budget. I had questions and concerns, but the team (yes I mean team) were all very eager and helpful. Anastasia, Tom, and Nick were all incredibly knowledgeable and helped me put the right package together for my family. We will have countless worry free movie nights thanks to the massaging comfort with our Octane Bliss heat and massage chairs.

Very impressive furniture you can tell Hands-down that this furniture is built with quality, same looking furniture at a high-end store but custom-made for you at a lower price point and in top grain leather.

The seats at Octane Seating are of incredibly high quality and so comfortable and my experience working with seating specialist, Anastasia, was unmatched. She helped us configure the ideal seating composition for our new movie theater such that we maximized seating at the best possible cost. It was a fun morning to run around their vast warehouse and arrive at a perfect seating solution for our new movie theater. The experience at Octane Seating was wonderful.
