Brian was amazing. He took all my phone calls, explained every detail regarding the lift, and smiled the whole time. He seemed truly delighted that two seniors now had regained their independence. Everyone we encountered in the Springs office were polite, cordial and engaging.

The service manager and the staff here are worth their weight in gold. My mom’s chair lift needed a new part and he got me exactly what I needed with no hassle. Highly recommend this place!

I send my gratitude to Max for finding a lift that would work with my scooter in my new Genesis and to John and Jay who spent much time fitting the whole thing into my new car in a way that I don’t have to remove the seat to fit the scooter in the car. Terry was very helpful in managing the process. Overall, the guys were so helpful and respectful in helping me maintain my independence. I highly recommend them and look forward to seeing them for lift maintenance in the future. Two thumbs up to United Access, Wheat Ridge, CO!

The staff is amazing. They went above and beyond to accommodate our families needs. My wife recently suffered some major medical issues that left her paralyzed on her left side. She is wheelchair dependent and we needed a van to get her to and from daily doctor’s appointments for 6 weeks. They were very helpful, my family and I were very grateful. If you need to rent a wheelchair accessible van or even purchase one, this is the place to go. Thank you Unites Access for everything you’ve done for my family and I, we can’t express how grateful we are. I will most definitely be using their services again.

I recently helped my son, a wounded vet, get a new vehicle from this dealership. Max Mills was our salesperson. I highly recommend this facility and most importantly Max. He assisted with all aspects of getting this vehicle approved with the VA and made this process a breeze. Thank you, sir for all you did!

I got a steering knob with controls installed last year. The first one worked poorly so we had another installed. I called two months ago and talked to John and told him this one is failing as well and asked for him to find out what kind of warranty it has. I never heard back. Two weeks ago I called and left a message for him to see what my options are and still have not heard back.

Wow just Wow! Our van wheelchair lift stopped working, the big issue is that this lift is no longer sold/installed in the US. John and his team were so kind and professional going out of their way to help us get it repaired. They were able to fix it and save the day. We will definitely be back and use them in the future when we upgrade to a newer lift. Thanks again for helping us out.

I have worked with United Access on and off for over 10 years. I recently bought a modified van from them. Robert was a very supportive salesperson. He gave absolutely no pressure on the car sale, just full support in working out the details of what specifications my family needed. Overall, I've always been incredibly impressed with the high level of customer service and support- from both the sales team and the service team- at United Access. I highly recommend them.

Thought of sharing my very positive experience.
Jay is not only an expert technician, also is very considerate towards the needs of a disabled person/family. We went there to get an EZLock installed, and he helped not only to install it, but to make sure it does not shake/move especially when we apply the brakes. It is very important to give attention to details (some people may disregard those, thinking that they are very minor). But from a family perspective, those are very important as they give peace of mind. Jay - Thank you so much for your (and your team) help. Max was very helpful to give me the best estimate in the town. Thanks Max. I also want to thank Terry the manager who helped me to reschedule the event as the initial appointment did not work well, and also maintain such a good crew of people.
Overall, great experience.

Robert was very kind, patient, and helpful with our recent car purchase! We were given a fair trade value for our trade-in, and negotiations went smooth. It took only a few days for our car to arrive from Kansas City, and the buying process was quick and painless. We are so happy with our new wheelchair SUV! (Yes, I’m ecstatic to have something other than a van for the first time in a long time! lol)
