DO NOT TAKE YOUR BELOVED PETS HERE FOR GROOMING! They are NOT treated well! Took my dog here for the first time. There was hair all over the floor and tables, not one groomer smiled, despite me trying to be friendly. Groomers do not speak to the dogs they’re grooming, roughly manhandle them around while cutting hair (pulling hair under chin, grabbing the faces of scared pups, tossing them from position to position) and I felt a knot in my stomach around these clearly untrained groomers. I regret leaving my dog there cuz I can only imagine how he felt. The dogs in the back are clearly distress barking (including mine when I picked him up). My dogs buzz cut is uneven but I just paid and couldn’t wait to never return. Please keep your fur babies away!!

I have been taking my dog here for 5 yrs and after today will not return! Upon pickup I was told my dog was FAT and was hard to groom among other things I felt I was attacked since it took 2 of them to tell me this I don't mind the Xtra $$ I do mind how it was presented to me ! I understand my dog is a big dog but hasn't been a problem for 5 years I do understand the Xtra effort needed with my dog hence ALWAYS a good tip !!!But won't go here again for any reason!!

Took my dogs there after having an appt since their last visit. (3 months) I scheduled early so I can drop off on my way to work. Refused to see them said I was called and told that they cancelled because my tech wasn’t there till 11. Explained I was missing work to drop them off and asked to leave the dogs there till my groomer decided to show up for work. (She is the one who scheduled my appt) they would not allow it. They could have made a simple phone call and it wouldn’t have been made and it wouldn’t have been a big deal. This is the second time they have not groomed my pets. The other occasion was a cat they kept for 3 hours and did absolutely nothing but called me to pick him up. I just feel that the customer service and grooming techs could do better.

There was an issue, and by far hands down, they handled it very nicely. Kendra, thank you! From them bottom of my heart. You guys are truly amazing and really do care about your customers. If I could give you a million stars, I would.

I went to PetSmart on a Sunday at 9 a.m. Initially, the people at the groomer did not acknowledge the waiting customers outside. Upon dropping off my English Cocker Spaniel, I informed them that he is very fearful of grooming. Skylar C., the person in charge of my dog, assured me they would contact me if he became too anxious.
However, just 15 minutes later, I received a call from PetSmart instructing me to pick up my dog as soon as possible. It took me approximately 10 minutes to reach the store, only to find Skylar trimming (shaving) my dog's legs. To my dismay, they handed my dog back with two shaved legs, a shaved belly, and partial shaving on the back of the front legs.
I am incredibly frustrated with the service at PetSmart, particularly Skylar C.'s poor job. It's perplexing why my dog was being shaved when I was on my way to pick him up. I have no intention of returning due to the subpar service and apparent lack of grooming knowledge.

Beginning Training Class~
Ken is very knowledgeable, thorough, and actively participates in training. He brings his pup along for demonstration and socialization. He seems to truly love what he does. I know that I am eternally grateful for for his guidance, teaching and training with myself and Toby. It has made life at home so enjoyable. Ken you're a blessing! Thank you! Looking forward to the intermediate class with you!

Honestly I feel like this loaction has gone downhill. The variety of items has lessened and it seems so bleak in there.
