Pipeline Car Wash offers both automatic and self-serve options. Customers appreciate the great pressure washing and soap quality, with some praising the staff for helpful service. However, there are frequent issues with the automatic stalls breaking or malfunctioning, and occasional problems like change machines eating bills or air-dry features not working. Maintenance seems to be an ongoing concern, and support responses can be lacking. Despite these issues, the location is convenient, and some customers remain loyal due to the quality pressure washing and friendly service when available. Overall, it is a popular choice for those willing to overlook occasional breakdowns and maintenance problems.

I have been coming to this carwash for years and have seen a bunch of improvements over the past few months. The place is really clean and there is always someone there to help. I really like the new automatic machine they just put in. All the colorful lights are a lot fun. Best car wash in the area!
