Ashley is the first physical therapist that actually modified techniques and exercises to fit me. I gained ground and didn't hurt more after each session like others before. Definitely recommend

I highly recommend Ashley at Precision Physical Therapy! I’ve been seeing her on and off for over 10 years, and she is consistently kind, friendly, and amazing at what she does. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my care.

I had great success with Ashley. Not only did her physical manipulation techniques relieve my discomfort, but the exercises she gave me (new, more advanced ones every week) were easy to understand and I was sent a link to videos/ animations that detailed the proper postures.
