We sometimes are able to put in an order for an updated banner that does not need any rush, but most times it seems we need a Championship banner yesterday, and Custom Flag Company has always worked with us in our time of chaotic need. They have never - not come through for us. They are friendly, welcoming, and a pleasure to work with.

We scanned my painting and she ordered a sample card so that we can check for color accuracy before printing my cards. Then … I bought a frame for the original and Charlene did a much better job than I would have done actually framing my gift. I use ABC for printing sewing patterns at A0 size and instructions at A5. Also some longer documents that don't make sense to print on my little printer and it's crazy expensive ink. I've done color and blk/whi.
It's completely out of my way, but no one comes close to their prices. I'll dirive 30mins out of my way when each A0 page is $4-$5 cheaper than any competitor- and I don't have to wait a week!”

“This has been my go to UPS store for a very long time. I think a couple of years ago it went under new management. The crabby lady who grumbled at everything is gone. Now there's a guy named Rozohn and he's awesome. Always helpful, polite and professional. I was there one time, waiting in line along with 4 other women and this blustery man came in and demanded to cut in front of everyone else because he just needed to pick up a package. He got really rude and obnoxious and was yelling at Rozohn, who never lost his cool. I on the other hand did not refrain from telling the guy off who left in a huff. But Rozohn never blinked. He just smiled at all of us and took care of business. Whatever I bring in whether Amazon return or UPS package or USPS mail, he's there to help.”
