“Nightmare of a package, FedEx 1-800 agent stated my shipment was damaged to contact the seller. Next day my shipping stated it would be delivered to my requested location. I called to see when FedEx would be dropping off at location; Aaron answered and provided me with the right information compared to those idiots at the call center. Aaron assured he would be on the look out for this important shipment and would call me once he saw it. 40 minutes later I get a call from Aaron. At the store Aaron was a one man team, handled another customer while acknowledging me. Outstanding customer service by Aaron, you don’t see many employees at store fronts go the extra mile. 🤙🏼”

“I cannot thank Mike Clark enough for how quickly he printed our shirts for this special occasion.
Everyone loved them, they could find us amongst the 4900 participants and my daughters saying was loud and clear!
Thank you for supporting us and the Donor Dash!

“Every few years I go to a Fedex Office to print hard copies of my resume. This location in particular is the fastest, and most hands on of any one I have ever visited. Kayla was remarkable, I figured I'd be here for 45 minutes messing with the photo copier and printer but she handled all of it in 3 minutes and was very friendly.”
“I got a package that needed to be dropped off. The experience could not have been easier and faster. The person up front was able to answer all of my questions. Most importantly, she was really nice. Appreciate the kindness and good vibes from this place”
“The copy team is amazing. Christy took care of my order and even though it took a little longer she made sure it was to perfection. A++ she put in the extra effort and made it amazing quality and even left a really cool Thank You card for me.”

“We haven't used Raven since I've taken on the role as office manager, so my first time placing an order. Very impressed that the CEO/ Owner, Tim Ballinger, responded promptly to my email introducing me to Bradley who would be working with me. Bradley followed suite by not only responding quickly, but ensuring my order was exactly what we wanted as well as guiding me through the online re-ordering process.”
