Not sure what’s going on with this location, I was told to bring in paperwork for items I’m storing, was told lady would be here from 930-1 I got there at 10 nobody in the office doors locked, not sure how they are running a business with no one to help, was suppose to get a email with passcode never got that. Might just be going up the street where people are on site

Easy to set up rental, took less than 10 mins and Angie was helpful in helping locate the unit and made sure the insurance was covered with my own property insurance. The unit was spotless as well!

Would rate higher but half the time I go there, there is a couple sitting outside with 2 huge dogs that will jump at and bark aggressively at anything that moves. I am very small with a frail back. I am afraid of these dogs potentially jumping at me and knocking me to the ground because this could severely injure me and possibly lose function in one or both legs.
If I keep running into them with these dogs, I may have to rent somewhere else.

Gem, the manager at this location went ABOVE and Beyond for me. The willingness to help, what an incredible and kind person.
Public storage needs to make sure their facilities are working- the codes to the door manually entered and with the app do not work it’s absolutely ridiculous. Why have everyone download an app if it doesn’t work?
management here is incredibly kind and helpful, but there’s only so much that’s in their control. Public storage needs to fix their lock boxes for their customers and employees.

Good prices for sizes but homeless people sit outside and break into your car if you leave doors unlocked. (Had to update rating cause downstairs door is broken and I have no access to my unit.) This has been broken for several days without any fix. I shouldn't have to look for an employee every time the door needs opening. Especially after the office closes.
