This place had a backlog of samples when I provided mine. They then lost my sample, requiring me to provide another. They then billed me for the second test despite being responsible for the loss of the first. Go somewhere else

Schedule an appointment for 8:10 online after seeing the website say that this location was open starting at 7:30. I arrived at the location just before 8 and the door was still locked with a line outside. Only inside the location after it opened up did I see a sign that said they didn't open until 8. There was only one employee at the location, so I had no chance of being able to be seen close to my appointment time and get to work afterwards. The only employee was at least polite about the situation, the problems here clearly weren't her fault.

This place is open on Saturdays 8-12, unlike some of its competitors. Google maps brought me right to the location (Suite 130). It was easy to get an appointment online, there was no wait, friendly staff with beautiful offices. The staff member let me know that my insurance probably wouldn't pay the full cost of the tests my doc ordered, and how much to expect from the bill. I feel terrible that I don't remember the woman's name, she was absolutely great.

Not sure what all the bad reviews are about buy my experience was fantastic. Ronda is a wonderful person, very sweet and professional. 10/10 would go there again

Scheduled COVID PCR test through the website, took 20 minutes trying to find this place with the "help" of 2 hospital front desk staff. When I finally got there, was told there's no COVID tests available. The ones they had expired and are waiting for new shipment. Can't trust this place and won't go again.

You walk into a room with no one there but a check in machine. The system was glitching. No one was there to help. Staff is rude. I showed them my confirmed appointment in my email (when I was able to get someone's attention). They said I didn't have an appointment! sorry, come back in 3 hours! The WORST lab, the worst staff.

Scheduling an appointment with a robot is already a red flag. Then I get there and wait an hour past my set time for them to call me in and tell me I need to order a test which wasn’t outlined on the booking. They proceeded to give me attitude then make me wait another 15 mins. Awful

Cat is a gem! I've seen her [what feels like] a thousand times over the past couple years, and she is always efficient, funny, and - most importantly - makes the vampire work painless.I HATE blood work, but I never dread it when it's Cat. (Okay, that's a lie; I still dread it...who likes having their blood drawn? But I'm not running the other direction screaming when it's Cat.)Thank you for making it easy (you do such a great job!) and also for all the kindness you've shown me!Quest — give this fine human a raise at once! The woman who took my blood was 20 min late to my scheduled appointment, and so rushed that she hit a nerve during my blood draw. Now my whole lower arm is numb and its been 4 days. Not only will this place waste your time but they may be leaving you injured

Made an appt on line, showed up 15 minutes early, checked in, and was out of the office by my appointment time. Amazing phlebotomists, very friendly, super fast and pain free. I'd give more stars if I could.

Lost my blood work! Reported to my Specialist that I never came in. In turn, I lost a days worth of wages, a copay for an appointment that revolved around lab results. Two months later recieved a bill for results... Really? Tried calling and sent multiple emails to dispute fees, no response... fast forward 2 years.. just recieved a collections letter!

I had an appointment and I sat waiting to be seen for 30 minutes, wondering why there time is more important than my time. While waiting the TV was loudly streaming Quest ads. Which was extremely annoying after a long while. It kept telling us someone would be out to help. Meanwhile an older gentleman sat there the whole time not knowing he needed to check in. The system has taken advantage of COVId.

Tried to check in, but the kiosk was stuck at phone number screen. Tried to get staff attention, but was ignored. As patient entered, I asked for help. She then signed a contract in my name. This mad me angry. They claimed there was no contract signed, but the tech clicked on "I Consent" on the kiosk while I was logged in. They hide and ignored me after that, refusing service.

Made an appointment through the Quest website for Saturday at 1:10, I show up 15 minutes early and place had a padlock on the door with all the lights off!!!! How do I make an appointment and they’re closed??!! I stopped in yesterday hoping I could be a drop in, they were open with one person sitting in the waiting room and I tried to chin but said I wouldn’t get seen for two hours. I waited for 20 minutes and never saw a single person! I’m calling my doctor to have the orders sent to a different lab!!!
