This is an incredible boot store! One of the finest quality boots I have ever wore! I bought the 877 boot, by Red Wing. Linda and her team went above and beyond to help me find the appropriate boot I needed.
The customer service was incredible. Big five stars to the boots and everyone at this Red Wing store!

Anyone who expects a Red Wing store like in Germany will usually be disappointed at the USDA. This is 90% about work shoes and not about the “Heritage” series.

Wanda was so rude and unhelpful, completely unprofessional and disrespectful. To anyone looking for shoes or work boots this IS NOT the place I would recommend. She acted like my presence in the store was an inconvenience to her. Owners should retrain the employees

Associate was super friendly and more than helpful! Store was very clean and had plenty of options and inventory! Love that they have they computer system that measures your shoe size and the pressure points on your feet when you walk. All around one of the best shoe store experiences I have had!
