If I could give zero stars I would. My family and I were in from out of state and I needed a prescription filled. My Doctor started trying to send the script by phone and fax at 7:30 local time, when I arrived they didn’t show
Having received my script, but explained that they were too busy to answer the phone. Note when we arrived no one was at the counter and the pharmacist and one tech were visible in the pharmacy. I called my Doctor to have them resend the Script, while we waited. Once the script was received we were informed that it would take 45-50 minutes for them to fill it. This was 10 pills, that may have taken 3 minutes including printing the label counting the pills and the Pharmacist verifying the accuracy. Very poor customer service!

This store is lacking good customer service skills. My mom is 78 years old when she came to the register the digital coupon didnt work even though it was cliped. She showed it at the register, the cashier looked at it and my mom assumed that she did the discount but when my mom got to her car looked at the receipt she saw that the discount wasn't applied. She went to customer service waited a long time in line, explained what happened and the customer service gave her $3 back with annoying attitude and didnt even apologized for the mistake.

This is my neighborhood Safeway. But I really love this Safeway for its Starbucks. There is a barista, a gentleman named Rick. This man makes literally the best Starbucks drinks ever. He takes a little bit longer than usual to make his drinks but, it is worth the wait. I don't know if he does some sort of voodoo magic LOL but they literally come out perfect. They just put in a new Starbucks that has a drive-thru right next to it but I will always go to the Starbucks inside the Safeway because their drinks are so much better

Pharmacy never answers the phone. Half the time I don’t receive notifications if my prescription are filled… you literally have to go in every time and most of the time my prescription isn’t ready!!

I really like this pharmacy. All of the people work hard and bless their hearts for doing so. You know they are overworked, underpaid, and overwhelmed. But they make sure to be nice, caring and answer all questions you have. People need to understand they have more stress then most of us at work and are doing the best they can. One of the best pharmacy staff in 2023, when a lot of other pharmacy staff come off mean and disrespectful.

The slowest pharmacy I have ever been to. Unprofessional staff, they don't communicate well with thier patients and they don't keep medications in stock.

One of the women I spoke too over the phone said my meds wouldn't be filled until the next day, I came in store in person and Joe I believe his name was filled them in less than 10 minutes.

Transferring my prescriptions to another pharmacy because Jesus Christ this is the SLOWEST pharmacy I've ever been to. It takes days to get them filled and then you're in line forever to pick them up. It's like this every single time I need to get my medication. it's ridiculous.

Watch out for the white girl(brown hair) in the pharmacy. Refused to honor the discount cuz it was for the wrong medication. Thank goodness the cool white guy(pharmacist) caught the mistake cuz that crazy white woman was going to charge $200 more. I should’ve known it was going to be an issue when I saw her engagement ring. Looked like she got it off a dead old ladies hand. ?

They are clearly, completely understaffed. Slowest service of all time. They seem over worked. Sometimes no one is there at all, in the middle of the day.

Made an appointment online for 10am. Called to make complete sure everything was all set. Arrived and was treated rudely by staff. Then had to wait over an hour to get my 4 immunizations. Why did I make an appointment when it made no difference? Very unhappy with the service.
