This store treats senior's with no respect. The manager and the employees were holding a phone in the back room that had my name on it for purchase. The manager Venessa verified that she had put it in the safe. I waited for Bolmoris to get the phone for 15 minutes. When I asked Kevin what was going on he said that Bolmoris went to lunch. The manager on duty John was aware of what was going on and did nothing, When i asked Kevin when Vanessa was coming in he said a few minutes. I told him I would wait. He then said he didn't know for sure. I asked him to call her and check. He called her an dspoke to her i Spanish, He didn't know I knew what they were saying. She wasn't coming in. I asked to put her on speaker and she verified that she had put the phone in the back with my name. They let me waiting until I just left. SOOOOOOOOOOOOO Rude!! I may be older but I am not stupid!!

Went in to discuss promotions I received via email. Techs and manager knew very little about the details and specifics. Then they talked me in to changing my Sim card which they promised was easy and had no negative impact or downside. I had to sign/approve multiple legalese docs that even they couldn't explain. But the worst of it was when my phone restarted with the new Sim card all my current and history of voice-mail disappeared & was permanently deleted. And there was no going back to the original. And I had to set up a whole new voicemail box. And I no longer have the voice - mail app I liked and relied on for my business. And all they could say/offer was "I'm sorry ". They were pleasant enough but all in all it seemed like it Was their first Rodeo.

I went today to upgrade my phone. We were greeted immediately and all of the staff were wearing masks. Trey helped us out and was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. He made our experience great and answered all of my questions. He helped guide me to what phone suited me best. Trey was very attentive to the customers in the store and also was very cognizant of maintaining social distancing. We will definitely be going back to this specific store for Trey to help us out for any future needs. If we could give him more than 5 stars we would!

Best experience I've had, at Sprint (hands down)! Tasier knew exactly what he was doing and got my husband added on to my plan with out issue, even though I was told at another location it couldn't be done because it was a pre paid phone! Way to go to the manager of the store your staff is well trained! Thank you : )

I truly wish I could give zero stars. The associate I “speaking” with couldn’t even log into his computer or put together coherent sentences. Mumbling into his phone for 20 minutes trying find the “lease agreement” section to my profile.

This stores customer service is horrible. I have been dealing with Jake for the past 3 months and nothing has been resolved. Today I call to talk to him and the guy who answered the phone sounded just like Jake and said, "oh I'm sorry Jake no longer works here." I said I'm pretty sure this is Jake and he said no my name is John. I would never refer anyone to go to this store. Everytime I went into the store I got the run around and everytime I called no one could help. I do not know how they are still in business. Very unprofessional.
