Reached out to service for some broken windows on 5TH wheel Sept 13 2023. After initial contact, I made numerous phone calls and sent many emails, response was very poor to none at all. After 11 weeks I finally found someone who cared (Cindy). Come to find out after 11 wasted weeks I was told that Trailer Source could not help me due to age of 5th wheel.

I was told to talk to Cindy the warranty person so we could talk about my van warranty and I left countless messages for her but NO reply. These people are sneaky, I hope you won't have to work with them! You hoo Cindy please call me!

We had a hard time with them. They scheduled us in to drop off our trailer and proceeded to not even look at it for over a week. Their communication is absolutely terrible. They never contacted us for updates even though they said they would. The only way to know what was going on with your trailer after it has been sitting in their lot all summer is to bug them at least once a week. Once I finally had an answer I was told it would take a few weeks to get the parts in which was correct. I gave them paperwork for recall information and they took five weeks to even look into that. I ended up having to call and get the information about the recall myself and give them the paperwork for it again. They had the original form from our first contact and kept giving the excuse of they can't find the paperwork I handed to them. The work that was done was okay but they did not put some parts back the way they were supposed to be. We had wires dragging on the ground under the coach near the driver's side rear, the water line connecting to our toilet was left undone. The recall work took them an entire week to install a simple stabilizing kit that I could have done in less than two hours. They had our trailer from May 31- August 30. I do not recommend using them for fixing major things on your trailer. Maybe for winterizing and de-winterizing but nothing else. My dad used them for that and they did not plug in his water heater back the correct way. So maybe not even that. Absolutely disappointed and underwhelmed with our experience.

I just bought a new PJ trailer. Richy was very helpful. He help me understand what size trailer would fit my needs and didn't push me into something I didn't need. I appreciated that. Yeah, that's it

I was in a bind and needed advice on getting my trailer to them to replace a breakaway switch. They wouldn’t give me any advice. I was worried about the switch activating on the highway and they not only didn’t help but said “yeah that can def happen.” Case and point- Bunch of A holes work here.

This has been a joke since day one !! I purchased a camper 1 year ago AC didn’t work thermostat was wired wrong!! So many thing wrong with this thing, & just went camping again this week heater stop working again! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO PURCHASE A CAMPER FROM TO ANYONE!! I give them 0 stars ?wait till my bill board is put up .

Absolutely the worst experience in service I have ever experienced. Last year, I wrote a lengthy experience of my purchase and all the warranty failures, product breakages, and horrible customer service. Well, the review seemed to disappear. Now, here I am again one year later looking like a crybaby again. I just want people to know what they are getting into when dealing with this service department. I scheduled an appointment for them to look at my V-trek ONCE AGAIN because it will drain my battery within 30 minutes using minimal lights or radio and yet I can plug it into my truck battery, and it will not drain that battery for half a day. They said they would look into it and get back to me. Of course, they didn't. Then when I reached out, they said it was probably my battery (I have purchased multiple deep cycle batteries and it's the same thing). I asked if they tested the unit and they said, "No." My unit has been there for a work week and all they have done is refuse to perform a RECALL on my unit and failed to test my unit which has NEVER worked since I purchased it. I thought maybe I had the worst luck ever when I purchased the unit, and I chalked it up to a string of horrible coincidences. One year later, I'm still have major issues with the unit, and I am getting horrible customer service in diagnosing another major issue. Long story but, don't buy a unit from Trailer Source, but if you do (please don't), don't expect any level of customer service from the "service" department. They don't listen. They don't respond. They rarely, if ever, actually solve the problem. Sorry, this is the truth (as I have experienced).

We needed a bunch of random updating and repiar itmes and just happened to be in this exact area. Lucky us, because this place had everything on our list. We live nowhere near here, but would totally come back because of the selection and a very friendly sales associate (although the younger guy wanted nothing to do with us and acted Iike he couldn't help us).If there was ever a job we couldn't do ourselves on our travel trailer, these would be our go to.

Terrible experience went in there at 3 o’clock in the afternoon, four employees staring at me not a single person even asked if I needed help. The girl sitting behind a desk next to the parts counter typing on a computer, looking right at me never acknowledged me. After waiting five minutes at the parts counter and no help walked out will never return. I’ll take my business and my $ somewhere that actually values the customer.
