They were decent enough but if the new reduced hours are 10:00AM-2:00PM and I arrive at 1:20PM I expect them to be open. Please find out what is going on and fix it. I would understand if this happened once but that is not the case.

Didn't realize an entire staff could be so trashy and unprofessional. Worst U.S. Bank I have ever seen in my life! Plus, the ATM is in the worst spot you could've possibly put it in. Save yourself the wasted time, and just drive to another one. I will never walk into this location again.

Horrible customer service. I have come several times after work and there are only 1 or 2 tellers working and others sitting behind desks. Not sure what the issue is. Waiting for a banker now but I'm about to walk out. I wish there were another branch near my home.
