This location has some of nicest, most helpful people! Even the brand reps will help in any brand. Not everyone is trained in every brand, but if they don’t know something, they will ask another associate or look it up on their phone. I love coming to this store!

I am loyal to Ulta. One stop shop.
However and a big however, the last couple of times I have visited and needed consultation, the willingness to assist was there but the knowledge on skin care, hasn’t been.
I don’t need directive often yet when I do, the expectation is knowledge on products offered and without your phone! Come on.

Unnecessarily rude, and they don't know anything about the products they're supposed to be selling. You can't even ask a question without being mocked by the staff. I won't be coming back to this location.

Absolutely horrible customer service. The manager and employee were not letting me check out without putting in a phone number and when I said I didn’t want to sign up she insisted she was just doing her job and “just telling me” so I said I’m just telling you I don’t want rewards the girl rang me up then walked away from the register after without saying anything. She was also dressed in a sports bra and in appropriate shorts! Don’t go to this store!

Cashier was extremely rude. Made it very clear loudly to everyone In the store I was annoying her because I was using gift cards to pay. Very unprofessional and unkind service.

Kiki was amazing! I really appreciated her enthusiasm and knowledge of lots of different products. It made my shopping so much easier the day before a big event. The gal that checked me out was also helpful.

I haven't had my hair cut in a while, and I wanted to try something new(so, obviously I asked for a mullet)I had mostly an idea of what I wanted and I booked an apt with Allison today and she went above and beyond with getting my haircut to what I wanted it to be. She was so friendly and easy to talk to, and she made sure my hair looked how I wanted before I left. She was great and I'll definitely be back for a follow up with her in a few weeks!

I was with Allison today. She did partial highlights and olaplex. The initial treatment at Arvada 52nd and Wads was great ( color and service). After effects was dry damage. Allison at youngfield did damage control :)))). She did an excellent job. I appreciated that she was GENTLE. I also appreciated that she remembered me and called me by name ( So important). She is the epitome of professional along with her education manager who was on site ( gasp ) they made my experience amazing . You see this is why I started to go to Ulta salon for my hair and facial needs. My youngest is also learning from their facial experts at the moment thank youp

I placed an online order and was notified that it was delivered to my PO Box. When I went to my post office they (my post office) said they must have put it in the wrong P.O. Box and it was gone. I went through a huge hassle with UPS and got no where. I then reached out to Ulta guest services and let them know what happened. They gladly sent a replacement order right away at no charge! They emailed me easy tracking info to follow and even followed up with me afterwards to make sure I received everything I ordered. Best customer service!! Thank you Ulta ?

If 0 stars were possible I’d be giving them. I’ve been given the run around for 3 weeks now about order for pick up in store. I called and said I wouldn’t be able to pick up the order and was reassured it would be canceled. The order was marked as picked up and my card was charged! It took 6 days for the manager to get back to me on the issue. I was polite and waited she said it would take some time to figure everything out. Finally a week later she confirmed that I did not in fact pick up the order and offered a refund which would take a while or a credit on my account. I said it would be fine to credit my account if that’s easier. It’s been 10 days since that conversation and I still haven’t received any credit. Customer service informed me the only thing they could do is contact the store to process the credit and escalate the situation. I would think after 3 weeks I’d have my refund by now. This is ridiculous. PS for the manager reading this I didn’t want to have to make a review but I’m fed up with being kind and patient.

The staff here is slightly better than the on in Stapleton but still not the most helpful.
