i wish i can give this bank 0 star . terrible unsatified customer service . i did deposited my pay check after 2 day and my pay check was clear but the bank wouldn’t let me withdrawn the money even my bank not negative . They kept my check for up to a week for no reason that made any sense to me . Then i went to ask the bank to close my account and withdrawn my money but they still did not disburse and don’t let me close my account . the manager was very disrespectful the way he talked and explained to me he is very unprofessional . i strongly advice you not to use this banking branch if you don’t want to get in trouble your money stuck in the bank .

Awful service from Rafael Diaz with my HELOC loan. Wasted 2 months of my time to tell me no.I've got plenty of income and lots of equity in my home.Didn't follow up and when I would reach out to him often times I had to re explain the situation over and over again. Did a bad job of clarifying what documents I needed.Disappeared for weeks and it's like I was talking to a new person every time who had no idea about my loan.

Love Vectra - they financed my office building during COVID because they believed in my vision. The branch is small and the people are awesome. It does not feel corporate at all. Love this bank.

Vectra Bank puts the customer LAST! When I signed up for my 5 banking accounts, no once told me there would be a $1,000 transfer limit. At least 5 people told me they could extend that, and the 4 other banks I've used this was not a problem what so ever. Finally, a customer service rep told me that would NOT be possible to change the daily transfer limit if my accounts were "new" and not a few years old. Then, when I went in to the branch to close my accounts Lo-Ann told me "maybe they tey to extend the limit." When I confronted her that it would be impossible to change the daily transfer, she agreed and then said that was for Vectra's security. I got proof that not only did Lo-Ann lie to me, every other rep I spoke to that said I could increase my daily transfer limit lied to me as well. Reading other reviews, sounds like not being honest is a common Vectra practice.The online banking system is also from pre-internet days and very limited what you can do. I can't pay my line of credit and I can't see account numbers to make a payment. Even when I call in to make a payment, the only options they give me are the A) Mail in a check or B) Bring a check into the branch to pay. Is this 1988???After 2 weeks of calling Vectra to try to make a payment, only to be told the above 2 options are my only choices. . . It still makes me shake my head to make sure I'm conscious, that I couldn't make a payment online or over the phone. Did I take a time machine back to 1988???I wouldn't recommend Vectra for ANYTHING!

This bank is the best bank I've had. Friendly greetings when you walk in. They also know me by name which is nice. Their customer service is great. They helped me access my account after they had blocked my card for me being in a suspicious location when I left my home state (fraud warning). I talked to customer service while walking to a concert and the issue was resolved on the way. I mean I haven't gotten a loan or anything crazy, but so far they've been great for me.

Worst business banking experience in my 32 years of lending. After being approved for a $200,0000 loan base primarily on my history and credit score, I could not get Vectra Bank to complete a basic bill pay. Zero access to any one with authority to help. Zero customer service. I spent 7 hours on the phone talking with more then a dozen individuals with no help provided. When I finally was able to express my problems to a bank manager , he assured me my concerns would be resolved. He did no followup, then left the office for 6 days with the only with the "online banking #" which puts you on hold for hours at a time, and is useless.
