Don’t use this store. They are rarely there during hours they are supposed to be open. I tried to switch to Verizon but had to cancel because they were never available to pick up my new device. I’ve gone by the store twice in the last two days and waited outside for over an hour and there is nobody there. My order was supposed to be ready in 2 hours after online order. Now I have spent hours on hold trying to cancel. I can’t imagine what it’s like being a customer if it’s this hard just to become one.

Terrible store...avoid at all costs. Doesn't have a direct line so you can't call them. Go to another store, don't waste your time.

Horrible customer service! I traded in my phone and two days later every single one of my accounts was hacked. Three credit cards and two banking accounts. Along with my linkedin, facebook, next door, and other sites that didn't even have my credit card information attached to it. They had a new kid who was working all by himself. Horrible company I was overcharged please do not go here ever!

Having MAJOR issues with a purchase from here and have not found a single way to contact management. I got an email from a Rodney Camacho but no way to email him? But it says to reach out for help? If someone could please make an effort to reach out to me because I have a phone that is not receiving inbound calls but working otherwise. Support can’t solve it. Not sure why I left the store with a phone not totally working and why one employee was left at the store by themselves. The night I was the sales person was trying to train another person by themselves and was complaining about his job the entire time. The trainee left and the sales rep was making weird comments and advances to me not paying attention whatsoever to what he was doing. The contact us form on Victra’s website doesn’t not work. I knew I should have gone with AT&T as I was running into issues with my other Verizon account and this was an entirely new account. It’s like the Verizon store reps can’t do anything anymore. All they can do is tell you to call support or always convincing you to join the wrong plan. I absolutely want my restock fee waived and service canceled. I’ll go elsewhere.

I sent an email, I left a voicemail, and this was all quite a while ago. No one ever contacted me. The employee with the atrocious customer service probably still works there. Not that I'll ever know since I'll NEVER go anywhere near this store again. Every time I just drive past it I get negative vibes. Sad to say that this is the way most in person customer service is going. And over the phone isn't much better. Just so disgusted with Verizon lately, and all of their connected "brands".

This is best business transaction and customer service that I’ve ever received in any mobile phone and internet purchase. Tyler provided expert and personable service. He and staff are very knowledgeable. I needed help choosing the best phone for my business startup and feel confident about both my phone and plan choices. Strongly recommend doing Verizon business here

Josephine was incredibly patient and helpful getting me switched over to home internet and cell service. There were some hiccups on my end which she navigated smoothly. She was very kind and super efficient.

Service was good enough, not the same as most Verizon stores I’ve been to. But FYI we thought this was a real Verizon store but it’s actually a 3rd party dealer that is designed to mimic a Verizon.
