Went to replace my phone this morning, nobody in there working actually wants to be there infact they all were just on there phones watching videos n listening to there headphones. The worst and most uncomfortable staff ive ever encounterd in verizon store. Younger kid who sold me my phone was giving me one word answers "yep" "nah" and basically was like "what color you want" "give me your credit card" no trying to help get me deals, no questions at all if i need anything else literally felt like a highschooler sold me a phone off the street. The most impersonable experience ever. I will never go to this location even though its 2 minutes from my home, worth the drive to go anywhere else seriously. Not sure who trained these employees... also a smile goes a long way. I know those jobs can be unpleasant but find new work if you want to make it miserable for the customers too!

I went in to the store today for my business account to cancel my internet service. The manager, Dallas, claimed that he could not remove the internet service and that it could only be cancelled Monday thru Friday, from 8 to 5 by calling Verizon over the phone. That was a lie. He also stated that I would have to return my equipment, the modem, after the company sent special return packaging to my home which I could then use to return the modem. That was another lie. I know these were lies because I went to my car and called the company. My internet service was immediately cancelled and I was told that I did not have to return the modem. So this manager is either lazy and a lier or he is completely incompetent and does not know how to do his job. He is also rude. I have had much better service at other Verizon stires. I would advise anyone to steer clear of this Verizon location and Dallas the "manager." I really wanted to give a zero rather than a one rating.

Tried for hours to call the store about buying a new phone for my grandmother. Was sent through endless robotic phone lines eventually got sent to a very nice but confused attendant who found a phone number that was supposedly for the specific store I was trying to reach but when I called it I was immediately sent back to square one so if your looking for information, just go to the store. Don’t bother calling.

The manager Sierra is a complete rude and yet a liar. She tells me there is no promotion for iPhone 14 when there is. I asked for her managers email and she refused and gave it to me very nasty. She's so rude she even makes the other be rude which is rude. It's not ok. The manager sucks.

Transferred my 2 lines from T-Moble. T-Moble has been hacked 8 times in 5 years and now they wanted me to give them my bank account number for autopay or loose my $10 discount. No way I would trust T-Moble with super poor security. I worked with Jerome Vigil who was great. He was friendly, knowledgeable and got both phones set up and all of the data transferred. Great experience. Jerome, well done!

This Verizon location has some of the most competent and helpful folks I've ever seen in a cellular phone retail shop. They listen, provide solid advise and help you find what you need instead of trying to sell you more stuff.

Great experience today. Had to transfer from AT&T to Verizon because AT&T always drops calls and never has service at my house, such a night and day difference of customer service between these places, if you have AT&T and have a bunch off issues and keep experiencing poor customer service and attitude for just asking for help for the service you pay for, switch to Verizon. Hooked me up with a better phone cheaper plan and I actually have service at my house now.

Cannot change address online because "verification" of my account when I am already signed in always leads to error message. Went to store to do in person and had to wait 30 min while 3 people stood around and did nothing!

When I went to this Verizon store, they quoted me an obscene number and gave me a plan that I didn't need. I was trying to trade in my old phone for a new one and they have to do a credit check and approve you for a certain amount and they only approved me for $400 and when I went to the other store on Wadsworth I was approved for over $1000. So I don't know how the Kipling location messed up a credit check but they absolutely did. They didn't listen to any of my needs, and just tried to upsell me. I went to the Verizon store on Wadsworth, where I was heard and truly helped. It's only 10 minutes away from this Verizon store on Kipling. I highly suggest you skip the store on Kipling and go to the one on Wadsworth. Ask for Casey, he was amazing!After I went to the store on Wadsworth, I went back to the Verizon store on Kipling to tell them about my experience. They were extremely rude and told me to come back when my bill was screwed up or some crap. Do not waste your time going to the location on Kipling.

Hands down the worst Verizon store I've ever been to. We showed up at 5 (they close at 7) when there were two other customers and 3 employees. The employee tells us we need to make an appointment because they just "hit the graveyard shift". Like what does that even mean, you're open for 2 more hours? He also tells us it would be quicker to just do a curbside pickup to get an upgraded phone. Cool we'll do that. We get home, order new phone for pickup and fast forward three more days the order is still waiting for "store manager approval"... we tried calling, chatting, etc and we couldn't get through. Last ditch effort we canceled the order and just ordered one to ship. Long story short- don't expect any help from this store, your better off ordering online and shipping.

So where do I even start. I came in to get a new device. And well I've been standing here while the stores "manager" sierra was just standing around when I asked her if she was going to help me and she promptly said no and discarded the conversation. She went on to help others and even they were like hey help that guy and she discarded it i don't know why she was discriminating me or having rude unprofessional behavior but when there's only 2 employees in the store and no one else in the store except myself and another customer with the other rep. Why would you feel it's okay to not do your job and sit on your phone and take selfies. This is atrocious beyond livid
