I have worked with Jamel three times. Once for my phone. Another for my daughter's phone. Most recently for my brother's phone that was lost during a car accident. Jamel is wonderful to work with and helpful. You walk in and he is the first to ask how he can help you. Always courteous and attentive.

This store can't keep employees, and the ones they do have don't have a clue what they're doing.Stefen called Wes from Verizon because they have been overbilling me for a plan I never authorized.STAY AWAY from Verizon at all costs!!!Way overpriced and VERY POOR customer service.

This store is by far the worst business I've ever dealt with. They can't keep employees and you get different prices from each one. If you decide you don't want their services, you get billed for them anyway without prior authorization. Stefen, another new employee, was definitely not trained at all. He called Wes from Verizon, who was even worse. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS, and read the rest of their reviews too.

This location was fine, but my overall experience with Verizon was a nightmare.My service was incompatible with my device, but they billed me anyway. After 3 calls, each saying they fixed the problem, my account got turned over to collections. Verizon online said I'd have to go into a store to get it fixed. When I went in, they verified my identity and forwarded me to a phone agent who claims to have solved the problem.Billed $50 for an account that was never activated and cancelled within an hour. Verizon is terrible.

Went to replace my phone this morning, nobody in there working actually wants to be there infact they all were just on there phones watching videos n listening to there headphones. The worst and most uncomfortable staff ive ever encounterd in verizon store. Younger kid who sold me my phone was giving me one word answers "yep" "nah" and basically was like "what color you want" "give me your credit card" no trying to help get me deals, no questions at all if i need anything else literally felt like a highschooler sold me a phone off the street. The most impersonable experience ever. I will never go to this location even though its 2 minutes from my home, worth the drive to go anywhere else seriously. Not sure who trained these employees... also a smile goes a long way. I know those jobs can be unpleasant but find new work if you want to make it miserable for the customers too!

I went in to the store today for my business account to cancel my internet service. The manager, Dallas, claimed that he could not remove the internet service and that it could only be cancelled Monday thru Friday, from 8 to 5 by calling Verizon over the phone. That was a lie. He also stated that I would have to return my equipment, the modem, after the company sent special return packaging to my home which I could then use to return the modem. That was another lie. I know these were lies because I went to my car and called the company. My internet service was immediately cancelled and I was told that I did not have to return the modem. So this manager is either lazy and a lier or he is completely incompetent and does not know how to do his job. He is also rude. I have had much better service at other Verizon stires. I would advise anyone to steer clear of this Verizon location and Dallas the "manager." I really wanted to give a zero rather than a one rating.

The manager Sierra is a complete rude and yet a liar. She tells me there is no promotion for iPhone 14 when there is. I asked for her managers email and she refused and gave it to me very nasty. She's so rude she even makes the other be rude which is rude. It's not ok. The manager sucks.

Transferred my 2 lines from T-Moble. T-Moble has been hacked 8 times in 5 years and now they wanted me to give them my bank account number for autopay or loose my $10 discount. No way I would trust T-Moble with super poor security. I worked with Jerome Vigil who was great. He was friendly, knowledgeable and got both phones set up and all of the data transferred. Great experience. Jerome, well done!

Hands down the worst service. I came in with a broken phone and was given attitude in asking for guidance on how to have it replaced. I was sent to the back of the store to sit in front of a landline and left there with no instruction. Service was rude, and so unhelpful. I will be taking my business elsewhere to another verizon store that is able to at least treat me like a customer.

Sooo disappointed. The two young men came off like cheap car salesmen.It took forever to get a quote ( over an hour) and once they showed us it was scribbled out , not detailed, and barely an apology AND…. too pricey. Could say more but leave it at that.Sad

Don’t waste your time at this location. We are new customers that just transferred to Verizon from AT&T and the transfer of our number didn’t work. We went into this location and the store manager was being unprofessional because he couldn’t fix the issue and told us that he runs this store doesn’t have to fix our issue and for us to go to another location. This has been reported.

Very poor customer service! We drove down here hoping to get the newest iPhone called customer service to ask if it was in stock before store even opened we were told they had It drove all the way down here from Aurora, and was told they did not have it. We were okay with that we went ahead and got the other option they offered but was told that my grandma would probably not be able to trade on her old iPhone because it was too old. When We went to the cherry Creek store the other day and were told they take any iPhone. They were extremely rude! Now we are leaving with no phone because They were so rude!
