They ruined my western union transfer because they didn't have enough cash to give me, and put it on me to deal with western union. Absolutely awful and incompetent. DO NOT COME HERE FOR A MONEY TRANSFER.

This Walgreens withholds my medication every month. They “close for an emergency” the app will not let me transfer the medication to another store. This happens every month. They withhold my life or death medication every single month. The app tells me to call and the customer service reps won’t help at all. Do not use this location. The employees don’t show up for work. They withhold vital medication and cause nothing but stress for their customers.

Unprofessional liars who close the store when it says it’s supposed to be open because they don’t want to do their jobs. Employees standing around outside smoking cigarettes and telling customers to get lost when they’re supposed to be open.

Change your hours online please! Everywhere it says you close at midnight, except for the front door where it says you closed at 10. Poor management!

Went in looking for a specific product that said the store had it in stock. Spoke with Carissa who was just completely rude. I’m from out of town so this was the closest store showing in stock. She told me it’s probably in the truck stock but it was too much to go check. At least 3 employees in the store and only two other customers. Just the worst customer service.

I really wish Google let us do ZERO stars…WARNING: their pharmacy is CLOSED ON THE WEEKENDS!! Which is exactly when people need prescriptions filled, as most people are off on the weekends. What kind of pharmacy is closed on the weekends?!? THIS ONE!!!?Go to Safeway down the street, on Wadsworth, if you need a prescription on a weekend. ?

I was just looking thru the glass front door, around 10:45PM, at 2 employees.. I assume they were both employees, despite the fact that only the young lady was wearing any type of uniform… When I was finally able to get their attention, they mouthed;“we are closed.”I mean… Come on…Your website, your Google Maps page, and even your front door all tell me you close at midnight… So, that means the employees can just decide they’re going to close more than an hour early….?I’m sure they’ll get paid until midnight, since they’re literally just sitting inside, telling the 40-50 cars that have pulled up in the last 45 minutes…Absolutely insane. Disrespectful and unnecessary. As one person on this earth, I’m sure losing my bossiness isn’t going to affect you guys, but the folks working the late shift in your store are definitely racking up free money, and turning away countless other paying customers.

I specifically give the service leader Mark ZERO stars. I waited about 5 minutes for someone to help me in the photo department after the cashier called for someone to help. Nobody came so he went to the back to get someone and a few minutes later Mark comes out. Does not greet me or look at me when I say hello to him. So incredibly disrespectful working in retail myself, it's just part of the job. He asks what's the name on my order and I proceed to give him my info. He then tells me my pictures have not even been printed, when they were supposed to be ready an hour prior. He apologized and said it was due to being incredibly busy which it was not what so ever, I was the only customer in the store as he was helping me. When he gave me my pictures he wouldn't even check me out for them and told me to go up front. When I got up front I asked the cashier if they had been busy today like Mark had told me and he said no, it has been a rather slow day. After leaving I felt like I was lied to for their own personal convenience and I will not be returning.
