The hours posted on the outside door say they stay open till 1pm Saturday. I just needed a direct deposit form and they must have closed 25 min early today. If they have Covid hours it would have been helpful to put that on the outside of the bank. It's not like I can go tomorrow evening if I had the time because they are closed Sundays.

I try to avoid going to this branch since the period when they were pushing everyone to open accounts they didn't need. The times I deal with Wells Fargo in person have been ok since because I usually go to another branch. However I took my elderly mother to the Youngfield branch today to open an account. What a nasty experience. Because she is hard of hearing and I typically have to repeat what people say to her the banker refused to open the account. He wouldn't write his questions down for her and told me to get a power of attorney so I could do her banking for her. She is elderly but sharp and manages her own finances. The guy and his manager seem to have made a decision that she is incompetent to manage her own affairs since she is very hard of hearing and told me it could be seen as elder abuse for me to help her. I haven't moved my own accounts out of Wells Fargo yet but I will and I have been a customer for 35 years or more. I solved my mom's banking needs by going elsewhere but Wells Fargo just turned down a significant deposit. If you have to bank with Wells Fargo avoid this branch. Lots of other choices.

This has to be the worst Branch out there right now. All because the Manager of this branch refuses to help people. Instead of giving solutions or answers to customers she is quick to call the police on you and have you removed from the branch. I simply walked in to withdraw $500 which I clearly had in there to withdraw. And for some reason only god knows there was a "fraud" hold in my account. Which was clearly bullshit. Because anytime there is a suspicion of fraud on my account they completely shut ALL my accounts down. No transactions no atm no nothing. But for some strange reason I was able to pull money out of my account from the ATM but there was a fraud flag on my account. I called the Wells Fargo 800 number and was told there were No flags or fraud on my accounts. Strange....... I felt like I was singled out because of my appearance. Now believe me when I tell you people have told me I look very intimidating. But that is no reason to deny me what is rightfully mine. After I was escorted out after not accepting their bullshit reasons on why my account was flagged I called again to the Wells Fargo 800 number and the lady said once again there is no flag on your account. She placed me on a brief hold and came back and said she refreshed her screen and there was a MAGICAL FRAUD FLAG on my account. So she transferred me to the fraud department who verified who I was and couldn't figure out why the flag was put on my account. She later told me that the flag was done by the branch after the altercation took place!! WTF there would of been NO altercation if I was just given my $500 the first time I stood in front of a teller. So the fraud department removed the magical fraud flags from my account. This is the worst Wells Fargo I have ever walked into. This woman abused her power of the police because they couldn't tell me why I was being flagged.

Went to a Wells Fargo in AZ to take care of my dad's account. He passed away. Needed to transfer his funds into my account for funeral costs if he had anything in there which it's most likely only a little and the AZ Wells Fargo made it sound simple and to come in after 30 days and they'd take care of it with the funeral paper work I had. My dad and I have been customers for years now. The banker in CO wouldn't work with me and in fact, requires more paper work. This is a very difficult time. Others I've talked to who have gone through this with other banks have not needed to provide notarized information. I'm done. You've been a pretty okay bank but this is ridiculous. People are hurting and this bank makes it so difficult to settle things. Don't go here!

I just had the best customer service here at wells Fargo! I believe the tellers name is Stephanie Chacara and she was more than helpful. I wish this bank had a drive through but that doesn't change that everyone there has a smile on their face and are more than willing to help you!
