Afroman refused to help me activate my phone for Xfinity mobile. It is a franchise store and not corporate, so if you’re not buying anything there they will not help you.

This company is the most unethical and though they offer lower price it’s at a cost of time and energy and absolutely the worst service in the whole sector. In my experience they use the paperless billing to siphon money which you’ll never get back right a $5 credit and they lose nothing a refund is not going to happen.
I am doing my best to get my WiFi hooked up as I made a move and online as well as two trips later and two months later am yet to have a signal and I actually had to wait for a technician to come out because it was them all along although they didn’t change my address or suspend service when I moved and continually harass me about a bill that because of their breach of my data I have fought identity theft for the six years I HANE paid these people for the worst service I’ve had and I can out run the WiFi which I’m old and crippled, they say 5G but it’s not those of us on a budget and SSA who get a thing anymore it’s all about digital coupons and buy 5 lines and you get one free. How many people are afforded that when you with your life to get your retirement at 30% and no disability without a fight and paying ba k SSI from the 30% I do get . Good luck to all you who lose your income and husband to a criminal world if greed and placing the dollar before any moral compass or just wrong and right. Shane Capitalism is failing and the medical system is scary. Hold onto your hats it’s gonna get worse much worse before if it ever gets better.

I had a problem with my XFinity services and they just told me they couldn’t help me. It was a crazy gaslighting where XFinity employees were telling me they couldn’t help with my XFinity services. Switching to Google fiber ASAP.

Avoid like the plague. Terrible and they lied to get me open up lines. When the card was charged the manager said he didn’t know why and I should just dispute the charge! Xfinity said they are under investigation and 10 complaints/problems come in a week from them. Go to Arvada. This place should be closed.

Was in the store today and had an excellent experience. Caesar was totally dedicated to making sure my purchase of an iphone was totally taken care of. He took time to keep me informed of the options and stayed on it thru to completion.

The sales people seemed like they had little interest in helping us despite us being the only customers in the store. We asked for help with an e-sim that was not working and dropping data service. They stated that they could not help with that issue at all but could sell us a new phone. Additionally, in process of purchasing a new phone they offered no advice on other plans or available rebates/programs. Lastly, when they sold the phone they seemed to be more interested in getting us out of the store than helping with any set up questions or concerns. This rating is just for this store location/sales team and not for Xfinity. Other stores have been exceptional which made this experience all the more disappointing.

This store fraudulently created an account with an old address they had on file for phone numbers we werent even approved for. They have charged our CC x2 under a false account. We were never contacted and never got phone services set up. My husband had a large charge on his account 2 months in a row, after we were told it was resolved, for services we never set up, under an account that we never set up, under an address that we havent lived in for over 2 years. This store should be shut down for fraud!

My husband & I went to the Wheat Ridge Xfinity store and had a very good experience !!!
Von was courteous, knowledgeable and professional when we needed our service transferred to the new house we bought !!
Xfinity is very lucky to have Von work for them !!

Absolutely terrible experience at the Xfinity store.
My elderly mother typically pays her bill over the phone, but the phone system has been down since 7/23. We visited this store hoping to pay in person, and the manager, Esteban Ramirez, actually said, “We don’t do customer service here.” Unfortunately, that statement was proven true.
They informed us they no longer accept payments by phone and couldn’t process a card in-store either. When my mom offered to pay in cash, they said they didn’t have change and couldn’t help us.
No solutions were offered. No effort to assist. Just a dismissive attitude.
This is unacceptable—especially for elderly customers who rely on simple, accessible options. Xfinity should be ashamed of the way this store treats people.

Came in with equipment return. Told I had to wait for computer that printed receipts. When available, associates went into back and could be heard discussing personal business. When I made eye contact they closed door on me. No acknowledgement. Nothing. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!

Was badgered by a representative over the phone to return my equipment at 8:30 in the morning. Then I discovered the location doesn’t open until 10:00am. Wasted my entire morning!

This Xfinity store is bad, they sold 4 i phones on my credit card, they stole money from me, they do not help you, they are nothing but kids. It's sad when an employee sells phones for his friend's on someone else's dime.I will never ever go back to that store, they are not a corporate store at all. I hope they find out who did this to me and fire this person. This store on 38th in Wheat Ridge Co needs to be shut down, so they won't hurt anyone else's credit.
