Ethan M. at this Xfinity store was very helpful and patient. I needed to set up a new internet account, switch from Tmobile, and get new phones. There were some road blocks but Ethan was able to navigate around them and get me the best deals. I never felt pressure or rushed to make a decision. I left feeling confident in my switch.

Don’t go here. They are a 3rd party and could care less about helping you. Go it the store in Arvada on Wadsworth.

One employee on the weekend with line out the door. After 20 minutes she's still with the same people. What a joke. They tried to get me to switch to their cell service but luckily I've dodged that bullet.

This Store and the so called Management, Manager and the other employees there on March 2nd 2023. We the absolute worst customer service employees and truly LIED to my face on more then 1 occasion, telling me lies to get a sale ot of me, and then telling me empty promises that if I bought a new phone and Added A new line of service that I would get the best rebate deal. I was told when I came back in they would take my trade in "Which was an xfinity phone" and I would get even a better discount on the promotion.WELL THEY LIED TO ME, NOW IM STILL PAYING FOR 5 lines of service when for 3 years at xfinity we have always only had 4 lines of service. We are GOLD REWARD MEMBERS at xfinity with home internet,ACP program, 4 lines of service on auto pay... YET THIS IS HOW THEY TREAT PEOPLE AT THAT LOCATION, THE WORST TERRIBLE PEOPLE AND EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD AT ANY STORE.....0 STARS ?????

Total disaster. First, some time ago I was cajoled to switching to Xfinity Mobile and was assured that all my 3 phones, which I paid off $2,000 cash from my previous provider, will be 100% working with Xfinity. When I came to complain that I cannot make a phone call I was told that none of my phones are Xfinity compatible. But I was quickly offered new great phones... what a scam. Recently my TV stopped working. No one was able to help me over the phone FOR HOURS. Then, I realized that my bill went up $100.00. Just like that. In this store, when they finally realized that I don't even have cable but streaming, they would, of course fix it for me... and the bill remained the same. Sometimes it feels like Xfinity makes fun of you. If this happens to you, say good bye to the money you unknowingly, involuntarily overpaid - the provided number either doesn't work half of the time OR you will be told that YOU the customer made those changes on your plan.

I had the most annoying experience with switching my mobile from Verizon to Xfinity. But Risa was an absolute gem and helped me the multiple times I had to go in to get it all done. She was kind, light hearted and extremely helpful. I hope management notices her work ethic. (The rest of the staff I interacted with was kind and helpful as well, Risa just happened to be the one who saved the day)

I've had my service for a week and already regret it. They've removed the option to have a tech install service from the start, so you're forced to pick up at one of their locations, take it home and try to set up yourself, then have to call and wait a week for a tech to come out and actually install. I did, however, swiftly receive my bill, so they do move promptly when it comes to asking for payment.When i picked up equipment there was a group of people out front complaining about how awful Xfinity/Comcast is out here. Wish I believed them

I had a huge mishap setting up our business account. Although this is not a business account location Gabriel took great care of our situation. Highly recommend this place because their customer service is top notch

Stood in line for a half hour to get a new cable box because the one I picked up yesterday was broken. Don't you test these boxes before they go out? Waste of time and gas. Very poor. It would be nice if I could take a number when I go in so I don't have to stand there in line like a soup kitchen. 0 stars booki

Woooweee, stuffy, sweaty store with a line 20 people long by the time I was helped. Took 30 minutes to get to the front of a 4 person line for a 20 second interaction (returning a modem). I was surprised some of the more free staff members did not call out to the crowd to see if anyone had a quick transaction like that. Seems like they could operate more efficiently. One customer also asked for the store's phone number and a staff member claimed that they disconnected the phone lines to the store? ?If this information was helpful, I would appreciate a quick like or follow. Thank you! ?

These kids are not empowered to give any customer proper service. They shrug their shoulders say I don’t know and give you 10 reasons why they can’t sell you something.T-Mobile in the same shopping center gave me excellent service and sold me tons of stuff these yo-yos could not.
