Although the company has been friendly and tried to be helpful the product itself is about as poor as it gets. Equipment replacements, tech calls, add on solutions and yet I can't stream on just one device without choppy images on the next to highest plan (that gets touted as several devices, heavy streaming...etc etc). Speed tests only even come close standing within 2ft of the router... any distance and lucky to get third to quarter of speed I pay for. My most expensive utility and barely even works. Feel bad cause I think most people throw 1 star ratings and bash things due to poor customer service but I've had no bad interactions, its truly just not a good product (unfortunately).

Kind of a waste of a review, because they are the only internet provider in the area, but I have lived in Wiggins for 3 weeks and the internet has been out approximately 10 times since we moved in. Extremely unreliable and not fast enough. For a community that has minimal cell phone service for the main provider in the area, wifi should make up for it. It is 2022, wifi should be standard everywhere.

Expensive, but it’s great quality... my biggest complaint is they make you pay to have a landline phone service but you can’t call out any number that’s not ‘970’ area code because it’s considered “long distance calling” .....to call an area that’s a 20 minute drive away ? ... really... but you’re forced to pay for the phone line in order to get internet... If you have to pay for a landline phone # you should be able to call any 303 or 720 number in Colorado... my kids grandma lives down the street, IN Wiggins, but she has a cell phone number that starts with 720 so I can’t even call her??? But she’s in town so I don’t understand that... change this and you get 5 stars from me.

I had some weird issues with my internet service on a couple of occasions. One was traced to a cut cable...very explainable and easily rectified.
The second outage was not as easy to figure out. Called tech support, spoke with Cody. We addressed several ideas, homed-in on a router as the issue. Since I was out of town for the week and would not return until after the office was closed, he made arrangements for a replacement router and arrangements to get it to me. Long story short...it worked, problem solved, and didn’t have to go through a long holiday weekend without internet service. Thank you, thank you Cody!!! And thank you Blue Lightning!

We have had Blue Lightning internet service for over 4.5 years. We live outside of town in the country and our service has always been exceptional. Friendly staff and great customer service. Highly recommend
