“I had some weird issues with my internet service on a couple of occasions. One was traced to a cut cable...very explainable and easily rectified.
The second outage was not as easy to figure out. Called tech support, spoke with Cody. We addressed several ideas, homed-in on a router as the issue. Since I was out of town for the week and would not return until after the office was closed, he made arrangements for a replacement router and arrangements to get it to me. Long story short...it worked, problem solved, and didn’t have to go through a long holiday weekend without internet service. Thank you, thank you Cody!!! And thank you Blue Lightning!”
