Aaron was super unhelpful. Went in to grab milk late night and there were multiple deals advertised in some snacks. I grabbed a few things because it was a good price. When I went to the front none of it matched the advertised price.
I snapped a picture and took it over to him to show it and he said it was all from last month. It is 14 days (almost 15 as it's currently 11:48pm) into a new month and they still had the advertisements up.
When I asked him if he could honor it since it's still shown he literally just shrugged and said no. I asked for the managers name so I could talk to him about that and he said that can guarantee the manager wasn't going to care either way.
Super rude, super unprofessional. 10/10 do not recommend this location at all. Awful interaction. Maybe if he wasn't so busy playing on his phone, his register would have money in it and the promotions wouldn't be 2 weeks expired.

Used to come to this place biweekly for slurpees, but recently it's really let itself go. The last couple of weeks I've gone here for a slurpee I had explosive diarrhea within only hours of drinking the thing. If they can't be bothered to clean one of their machines I would seriously hesitate to try anything else in the store knowing it could definitely be uncleaned/contaminated.
Go to the Loaf n' Jug 3 minutes west of this place down Main Street if you want a slushie that doesn't poison you.

My friend was pull down the slushe machine down to see if it was working and trying the flavors and minding are business and the guy running the cash register told us to leave for no reason

The morning person was extremely rude demeaning and insensitive when I told him that I could only pay for cigarettes and not the fountain drink. Called me wasteful and a thief. Said I had to pay for the soda and refused the cigarettes. What was the issue? I am waiting for my bank card and didn't realize tap to pay wasn't available. I left without anything as the person yelled at me to take the soda but I still couldn't buy cigarettes

There is a new night guy working didn't have a name tag on but was wearing a hat and was working tonight also the other night I came in he was complaining about me walking into the store because he just Mopped the floor and continued to complain that he now has to go over all of the spots that I made 2nd experience I walked to the bathroom tonight he was on the toilet with the door unlocked. I waited for him to come out after walking in on him in the bathroom he did not wash his hands and immediately started touching bananas. As I came out of the bathroom he walked into the back room leaving me at the register then came out and said sorry I was eating mind you still didn't wash his hands just a rude and disgusting individual and is going to get this store shut down

The night cashier has been consistently rude and unwilling to help. We just stopped by for some food and decided to get nachos. He was playing on his phone as we were getting the nachos ready. The cheese sauce was empty and we asked politely for a refill. He said he knew they were out. He then charged us $4 for dry chips stating it’s not his fault, which I understand. However if you know there is a problem and do nothing to fix it while still charging people, it leans more toward a scam than a purchase. Perhaps maybe a sign or even a post it note on the cheese dispenser would have been helpful. In the meantime we have a $4 tray of stale chips.

Your worker kicks me out every time telling us to leave when we did nothing at all and claims us of stealing when we never have and I mad cause I frequently go to the store and always pay!?

Too many times this location is out of nachos. 9:20 on a Friday night? Was told they had been out since 2:00 that afternoon. However; there was cheese dripping as we walked in. 7-11 is synonymous with late night nachos. How does this happen? How are they routinely without nachos? What a shame. You and your slurpees can continue to lose my business.
