They cannot properly provide needs for an infant. There’s been one problem after another with the equipment and supplies. The Customer service is horrible.

I have been tryin for literal months, dozens of phone calls and conversations, to obtain a remote for an electric hospital bed that was purchased from them. Continuing to be told that someone will call me back, no one ever does. They left a disabled person on a flat folded mattress with no controls, and expected me to just figure it out. STILL NO REMOTE, I contacted a social worker and began to document this process a few weeks ago, never once been given any reasons other than incompetence

A new order was placed by my doctor and delivered literally the next day! I called for an issue left a message and received a call back within the hour! They are shipping out what’s needed and I’ll receive it within 72 hours. So far AeroCare is AMAZING!I have a different DME provider(LINCARE) that I’m waiting on a response from for 3 months now!I am going to see if insurance will let me switch away from LINcare to AeroCare today!

My wife had need of oxygen and Aerocare had it to us within a couple of hours. The technician explained how to use the equipment and was pleasant and efficient. Great service!
