I opened up a bank account with them. I went through a hold process twice 10-11 days each before I could access my money for a new account. The hold came off today and now I’m being told how much I can spend in a day. I do not recommend this bank and I’m closing out my account with this bank.

I wish zero star was an option. Terrible customer service, they don't respond to emails, they treat you like you should know everything when you ask them questions. Their online system is terrible! Very confusing and clunky. DO NOT get a credit card with this bank, they don't even know how they're own system works for credit cards. Every time I go its like its everyone's first day and nobody knows anything.

I worked here for three years. Management is over controlling and narcissistic. I don’t suggest this place if you’re looking for a job or to bank. The president talks to every customer like you’re his best friend then talks about their personal life when they leave. They are two faced and don’t truly care about the customers. The president is sarcastic and teases all the employees. One time he mimicked an employees way of walking right behind her. He is a bully and needs to retire already. It’s a miserable place to work and they don’t deserve the credit they get. I don’t recommend anyone to work here or bank here.

This is an amazing bank!!! These people care about their customers. When I have had any problems which have been not many they have always helped clear up any problems quickly and efficiently. This is a bank I love being apart of.
