I just wanted to recognize an employee (or owner) at Bob's Car Wash. Unfortunately, I didn't get a name but this person was incredibly helpful and friendly and provided me with exemplary service. I really like the touch-free car wash at Bob's. It gets my car much cleaner than the other 'chain' car washes!

Great prices and Great customer service. Had an issue with a card reader on a Sunday. The owner was very responsive and helped me out with my issue very quickly. My go to car wash!

I usually go here to wash our trucks and our personal cars but lately there has been no soap coming out for high pressure wash and then the foaming brush very disappointed this has happened 3 times the last 2 months I am done start washing at home I guess.

Came here a few weeks ago to wash the road salt off my car's undercarriage. When I moved into the bay the undercarriage wash ran for maybe two seconds then stopped, resulting in only the very front of my undercarriage being washed.
I figured it was a fluke and came back today. The exact same thing happened. This tells me either it's intentional or they haven't bothered to fix the issue in a time a lot of people would like to have the chemicals cleaned off their cars.
