Always have had positive experiences at this location. The employees are always pleasant, knowledgeable, and helpful. I often use the ATM after hours, and this particular location has always been in service every time I’ve tried it, unlike the several Loveland locations which are out of service about one out of every three times I visit them.

I’ve worked with Gabriel Guy on opening a couple of accounts now and I am reminded each time how exceptional his customer service and knowledge is. He is an asset to this bank and it’s customers.

Do yourself a favor and never bank at Chase. They will hijack your money and make excuses. We are currently working with at attorney to get our money out of the bank. They blame it on the “back office” and outsourcing. I blame it on negligence and intentional monetary hijacking. They are rude to top it all off.I wish there was a zero star option.

Been a Chase Military customer for over a decade. Took a large bag of change in for them to put it in my checking account because I'm tired of dealing with it at home. Teller Lady laughs and says I can only give you paper rolls.It is US currency is it not? You are a bank are you not? Lady simply says their machine always broke down.Completely unacceptable, I'll be finding another bank.

Avoid this bank at all costs. I wrote a check to a client of theirs for a large project that he was doing at my home. Despite it clearing my account, Chase Bank refused to issue their own client his funds. Initially they blamed it on my bank. But the reality was which they confessed to later, that it is their own policy and not my banks that caused the issue. They put holds on large amounts. A banker named Lisi called me, I verified that yes I had in fact written a check. I verified the amount and that it cleared my account. She said she needed to speak to my bank. And that it was my responsibility to get a hold of my bank to clear up Chase's policy. This is backwards. Lisi was absolutely belligerent on the phone. She made claims that I was the one being uncooperative. I reminded her that it was their own policy that was the hold up. When I called back with my bank conference called in, the first time we waited on hold for 15 minutes and then were hung up on. I called a second time The banker told me that only Lisi could help me and nobody else was able to. I explained that I did not want to speak with her because of how rude she was last time and asked to speak with a manager. I was on hold for approximately 30 minutes when, you guessed it, Lisi answers the phone and said her manager's too busy to speak with me. She of course turned on the charm this time. I wish I had recorded her attitude the last time. I would absolutely never do business with Chase Bank in Windsor. The worst service I've ever received at a bank in my life and it's not even my bank.

I bank with Chase and although I don't always get the best service at every location, I am always treated well at this one. Recently I was given a counterfeit bill accidentally by the bank and called right away once the discovery was made. I also called the secret service to report it and was told that the bank was not required to reimburse me since I left with the bill. They remembered the transaction and exchanged the bill for the real thing. I appreciate that I lost no money and how they treated the situation. BTW, CHECK YOUR BILLS BEFORE LEAVING THE BANK!!

Laurie was phenomenal! She helped us with opening a business account and knew the answer to all our questions and was incredibly friendly. There were a few others who helped us at first and they were happy and friendly and helpful as well. Would absolutely recommend this branch!

I HATE this entire bank! Especially this location! The staff is incredibly rude. They always act inconvenienced by helping me and talk to me in a belittling manner. The drive through always takes forever, despite my deposit being incredibly organized. They constantly deposit my business funds into the incorrect business accounts. Went there to close my business accounts today (Thank God!!!!). I called first, some rude lady told me to come to the branch. I got a babysitter, got ready, drove out there in the snow. The rude teller wouldn't even TRY to help me. She was just so fast to just be lazy and push me off to a banker who was busy for the next THREE HOURS!!!! They should've told me I needed an appointment when I asked if I needed to come by to do this!!!!!! But the teller WAS trying to get all in my personal financial information after she made it CLEAR that she couldn't even help me!!!! She even made a comment assuming that my accounts were at zero!!!!! Um, no. I happen to have a six figure business, thanks!!!!!!!!They have no respect for people's time. Do NOT bank here!!!!!!!!
