Horrible customer service. They misapply funds from payments and it takes numerous calls and hours of wasted time to correct. Don't expect your escrow refund anytime soon. ...I have been waiting 2.5 months for mine. They take no responsibility and pass all blame to the post office. I was told I need to wait another 2 weeks before I can request yet another replacement check.
