The branch in Windsor has always been a friendly and professional branch to use. Everyone is always eager to help and find solutions to any financial or investment questions you have. All staff are excellent every time and if they don't know the answer they seek to find a mentor and learn with them!

Jada is incredibly rude! Have yet to hear from the manager regarding an issue with a check. I would not keep my money here. I will not recommend this bank to anyone I know. Their business practices and lack of follow through is ridiculous.
