Friendly staff are always quick to help, promptly answer questions, and make any visit go as quickly and smoothly as possible. I often leave feeling like the visit went quickly, smoothly, and I feel that most front desk workers are also very personable. I've had an excellent banking experience here.

I had the worst customer service with a girl named Sam and the front counter she was very condescending about me pulling out my money when it would be at zero ballance when it's not of her business when we don't get penalized for 0.00 in our account and she proceed to give me a lecture about me losing my debit card. She also proceed to lecture me about my last isn't changed to my husband's last name on our joint account when none of this had to do with our transaction.

Rosie is great, always good to my parents, and us as well, my parents passed on and Rosie was instrumental in closing their accounts, she is very good at what she does and will never forget all she did for our family.

This is my very first complaint about FNBO after being a costumer for over 9 yrs.
I came in today to make simple deposit, the teller was eating her breakfast at the teller station (unprofessional). She was not nice and in capable of counting money correctly was very slow, taking her sweet time for very basic math.
She needs training for costumer services.

I love this bank! Even when I'm figuring out things for my business and I'm getting frustrated because I don't understand the procedure of a business account, the staff always shows patience, kindness, and most of all, welcomes me back! Thank you!

Opened a HELOC with this company many years back. They decided to close the account with no forewarning. Obviously this effected my credit and destroyed the chance at a closing on a home. Spoke with the branch manager, Ashley Green and was told, nothing will be done to remedy the situation. Recommend using another bank.

FNBO is a horrible scam of a company. The will lower your credit limit for no reason. Paid faithfully for years and they screwed me over.

My mother has been banking here for years and I now know why. A lady that works there, (Rosie) goes above and beyond. This woman remembers and cares for all her customers. She is absolutely the best!

Alicia was extremely helpful in helping me open a business account. I am a brand new small business without experience, & was so grateful for her patience & respectfulness while other banks seemed to look down on me. She took the time to answer all of my questions & guide me. Thank you Alicia!!

I’ve been banking with fnbo since I opened my first checking acct as a kid. A few weeks ago my acct was blocked and my card was deactivated due to fraudulent charges. I called and they said they were sending me a new card. A week and a half goes by and still no card, so I had no other option than to go into a branch to have them print me a new card as I have bills to pay and obviously need access to my funds. Kind of a no brainer right? I went into the Windsor CO location (Thursday morning 2/8/23) and was waiting for them to print me a card. The tellers’ name was Rosa, Rosie, or Rose, I believe. I’m waiting quite a while for my card to print, mind you I need to get to work & this card should have already been sent to me via the mail so this is already a huge inconvenience. She starts asking me personal questions about my age, and what my credit situation is like, if I have any lines of credit and saying I need a credit card through them so “I can do my online shopping that way and my card won’t get hacked again.”I’m not sure how ANY of this is relevant to printing me off a new debit card after mine has been compromised, OR why opening a line of credit would help me at this point, OR why she needs to know ANY of this personal information. I know of several family members who have also had their accounts hacked with fnbo within the last year & switched banks due to their lack of help upon fraudulent charges. My account getting hacked is ABSOLUTELY NOT MY FAULT.I should not be told that I need a credit card, or asked personal questions when I’m simply trying to access my funds. I would highly recommend not banking with fnbo at this point, they used to be great but have obviously gone downhill.

This bank so far has been a total pain. It started off great, but now I'm having issues. The balance and ledger balance are totally different, the ledger balance is the one that's correct. I've been battling, trying to get this fixed on my account. We went in and the person we talked to said it would be fixed and updated that night at midnight, come the next day, it showed in my balance that I was negative 30 something dollars, when I had over 350 dollars in my account. We're going to try to get this figured out here in awhile, and if it doesn't get resolved we will be switching banks!

This bank is so hard to work with for checking accounts. re-activating a dormant account is a pain and requires forms to be sent to a back office. Closing account is even harder. The commercial lending department at other branches is good to work with, but I don't recommend the checking and savings accounts.

***PSA****By far the worst bank I have ever had to deal with. I opened a checking, “high interest” savings and the #evergreencard credit card. The banker that opened all these accounts failed to mention there was a 25.00 a month “maintenance” fee for the savings acct, PLUS you’re locked in for six months and have to pay 125.00 to close the savings account before the six months is up. ? not to mention them processing transactions for your debit purchases or transferring funds takes more then a week to clear. I feel so hustled by the banker and this bank left a horrible taste in my mouth. I’ve already closed my #evergreencard And moved my bank balance to my new bank. CAN NOT WAIT till the six months is up and I can ditch the scam “high interest” savings account. You’ve been warned!

If I could have given 0 stars I would have. We were in today and they were very rude! They asked personal questions that had nothing to do with the business at hand. I felt very uncomfortable.UPDATE: Windsor branch management has not reached out at all!
