There is absolutely no reason that in an empty lobby a customer should have to wait for a teller. Four tellers, not a single one helping a customer and there was still a wait. Bankers sit at their desks on cellphones. Management needs to better enforce service and professionalism standards.

The experience is always top notch. I do the Deposits and cash for the register of my Employer and the Customer service is fast, friendly, and effective.
