ATM consistently down with bankers hours still being a clowns time. PNC buying out and immediately these branches go even more downhill than before. Pull your funds, keep your cash. This institution should not be trusted.

There is absolutely no reason that in an empty lobby a customer should have to wait for a teller. Four tellers, not a single one helping a customer and there was still a wait. Bankers sit at their desks on cellphones. Management needs to better enforce service and professionalism standards.

I recently had my visa debit card used fraudulently in charges adding up to over $1600. As soon as I noticed the charges I reported it immediately. After 5 plus follow-up calls to first bank “fraud department,” it is almost two weeks later and I still have not received my “provisional credit.” I’ve banked with First Bank for many years and have been a great customer. I assumed my hard earned money was “safe” here but that is clearly not the case. Reps speak in careful, generic scripts with no information specific to me as a customer. At no point has anyone been able to give me a date as to when I “might” receive my “provisional” credit or a status update. I’ve received zero emails or correspondence from them. I am beyond frustrated.

I love this bank, but the interaction I had this morning with "Kylie" was infuriating. She did not listen, she asked the same irrelevant question over and over no matter how many times I answered it. I had to walk out because I was getting nowhere and I didn't trust her at all. It was so bad that I am considering pulling my accounts out of that bank. Which is sad, because every other interaction over the past several years has been lovely.

The experience is always top notch. I do the Deposits and cash for the register of my Employer and the Customer service is fast, friendly, and effective.

Usually I like working with first bank. I have such a positive experience. But this last time I went in to have some fraudulent charges taken care of off on my account. I was told that she wasn't gonna let me have another debit card to access my own money. Because I had been hacked. And it was my responsibility to make sure that I wasn't going to get hacked again. It's my own fault.

I have to say, the staff at the Windsor branch of 1st Bank are just the best at customer service. I feel welcomed each time I come in as they great me and my son by name with a smile. They go above and beyond to help with all the intricacies of my needs. I can't say enough how grateful I am to have chosen 1st Bank as our bank for business and personal. I interviewed many banks and this was the right fit. The space is full of windows and natural light, the staff are always smiling and friendly, the space is clean and during a pandemic provides hand sanitizer and during normal times, provides donuts and coffee. Thank you Kelly, Erin, Chance, Savana, Laura, Mark and all the rest! You guys make it feel like Cheers-Where everybody knows your name....

If I could give 0 stars I would have. This bank is horrific! Do not bank here! They will nickle and dime you with any charge they can, whether justified or not! Completely unreasonable.
