Went getting my oil changed everyone I interacted with was kind. Specifically the lady inside who checked on me multiple times to ensure I had something to drink or snack on was world class customer service.

The oil change was fine. When they rotated the tires they just moved the front tires to the back without crisscrossing them and ripped off half of my skid plate and didn’t even tell me until I was driving home and heard scraping when I hit the brakes. I will not be going back again

Good service but was quoted $89 for oil change! Then they added a oil filter for $14 when checking me out with tax $110 the guy took off $10 because I told him when I called they were taking that 10 bucks off any oil change. Still $100 for full synthetic oil change then charging for a oil filter is a rip off!! They should be more up front on any additional charges! I've never paid that kind of money for a oil change... 😡

I always enjoy going to this grease monkey, and the main reason is because of the overall professionalism and quick attention that I get. More than anything it’s those cookies that that awesome lady upfront bakes. She is like the nicest lady and knows so much about Customer Service.
I truly enjoy going there and spending time talking with her. If you haven’t tried her cookies, you really should! It’s worth a trip.

I went in today to have my transmission fluid changed on my 2018 Dodge 2500 Turbo diesel and was greeted outside by a nice woman and again when I walked inside. The lady inside was doing an excellent job making everyone feel comfortable and cared for. I was also pleased at the price as well. I definitely recommend this location.
