Terrible customer service. The drive-thru staff was rude, dismissive, and left me sitting there for over 15 minutes before even asking what I needed. This isn’t the first time I’ve dealt with their rudeness, and I won’t deal with it again — I’ve already transferred my prescriptions elsewhere.

Try having to stand in line with cars and trucks inhaling the fumes. Walgreens did that to me. King Soopers has never done anything like that to me.... pick your battles people.

The service here is terrible amd rude I've had more trouble getting a script filled here than anywhere else in my life. Don't go here, I don't know how they stay in business.

Absolutely horrible customer service, DO NOT USE THEM TO FILL PRESCRIPTIONS. They will withhold or change the pickup date for no reason even if the doctor explicitly tells them when to fill it, always is running out of medication and the woman working there couldn’t be less friendly. It’s stressful enough worrying about not getting life saving medication and they will make sure it’s even more stressful.

The Pharmacist and Pharmacy helper/tech ladies were very helpful and kind. They prepped my medications right away and went the extra mile with their customer service. Give them raises!

I understand why there were 2 stars overall now. She just told me I could come get my scripts & 5 minutes to 1p they have the window closed. Why is everyone taking a lunch break at the same time???

THIS IS ABOUT THE INCOMPETENCE OF THE PHARMACIST JEREMY AND THE COWPRKERS WHO COVER FOR HIM! I have left this pharmacy crying more times than I'd like to admit. He has told me on quite a few occasions that my medicine didn't have refills, it did! He's also told me that a medicine wasn't in stock, then had the nerve to smirk at me when I didn't know what to do. Like oh well, your problem. Calling to complain is useless....when i called back to say there were refills, his coworker told me that he probably didn't notice cause the refill was buried? Which don't they use computers? Very very very unprofessional

The employees in this pharmacy are amazing! I don't think I have ever experienced such efficient, prompt, concerned pharmacy employees. When I transferred my prescriptions to King's the pharmacist was alerted and ALWAYS checked with me if it was a new prescription and informed me of when, how, what and if, and to contact if any questions. Just tons of "kudos" for these employees!!

Windsor king soopers pharmacy needs new help. I was trying to stick with them, but after today!! No thanks! This older lady answering the phone was rude and not helpful in the least! First, they don't let you know when they don't have the medication in stock, then she proceeds to tell me none of the other king soopers will either. Call my doctor she says! But I called the Loveland one and they were very nice and they had what I wanted. Hmmmm! The 253 E. 29th St. In Loveland have always been nice and helpful on the phone. This lady should be fired it sounds like by reading the reviews!! And Loveland had it ready 15 minutes after I called !!!

I just switched 4 family members to this pharmacy. If they don't have a med in stock they DON'T call to let you know. I called and they told me to go to another pharmacy to get a med. I called one of THEIR other stores and they had it. Why wouldn't they have done that over trying to get rid of a customer? I find that wild. Please get it together and at least do the minimum to help your customer that needs their meds.
