Kittys is by far the best dog spa around! I recommend her to everyone with a fur baby. I have been 100% satisfied with my golden every time. She has a special talent to make my dog look show ready with the perfect wash, trim, and dry! Not only does my dog love Kitty, she is a wonderful person and goes the extra mile to give your dog that special treatment all pets deserve. Spa day is one of my Goldens favorite day!!! I also have gotten so many compliments about how soft she is and how she always looks freshly groomed even when we have spent a weekend at the ranch.

Sadly, I have to advise anyone to take their business elsewhere!(Kitty's Dog Spa)Continuously, Miss quoted pricing by a large margin! Expecting us to pay way more when returning to pick up our dog.Very rude and pushy telling us how most people don't take care of their dogs properly! In all seeming very condescending towards My wife and I and any other clients.Pushing us to schedule way more frequently than needed and speaking very rude the entire time.Even though our dog had no tangles or matting and is literally brushed everyday.

Kitty at Kitty's dog spa is so kind and obviously wonderful with every dog. It is easy to see that she loves what she does and that translates to the quality of care she provides. It highly recommended her for all your dog grooming needs.

My girls are super clean and well groomed. Kitty's took care for them so well and were very understanding about having to muzzle my German shepherd. Thank you so much! Definitely going back!

This was our first time at this dog Spa. Simon, my 15 month old standard poodle looks awesome! Our groomer, Erica, listened very carefully to my specific requests and followed them perfectly. She was also very friendly and gentle with her handling of Simon. We have another appointment already scheduled because everything... the spa, Erica, the price, the end results, were all amazing!

The staff there did a fantastic job with my GSD! He is older and can be difficult but they were patient and got him looking beautiful again! They also identified and helped show me how to treat a sore he had developed on his neck from his collar being too tight. I look forward to getting him on a schedule here and would highly recommend them to anyone!

I have a Silky Wire Hair Dachshund; he is between a long hair and a wire hair. I can tell you, without addressing his coat he looks like a brown mop. Most groomers have no idea how to groom him, since he’s not supposed to be cut like a wire hair. Anyway, at Kitty’s we decided to groom him as a wire hair and he’s absolutely gorgeous with a beautiful thick overall short coat and the wire hair face. I cried in joy when I first saw him after groomed. Highly recommend Kitty’s❤️UPDATE;Here it is a month later and I had an appointment at Kitty’s on August 2, 2022. I called about three or four days before and canceled the appointment for a spa treatment and instead I just wanted our little man, GUS to be shampooed and have his nails cut.I ASKED WHOMEVER I SPOKE WITH HOW MUCH THIS SERVICE WOULD COST. SHE SAID $6.00I had the appointment at 1:00 PM and had an appointment in Fort Collins for myself at 3:00 PM. I figured an hour and a half was time enough to get GUS shampooed and his nails cut. The girl said, “Oh no, we are busy today it could take up to four hours and we close at 4:00 PM. So I called my appointment and cancelled it. I must take responsibility for not asking on the phone about the length of time Kitty’s would keep him, on the other hand the girl at the front desk said when I first walked in, “Listen we can still groom GUS if you want. We have time today.” I’m thinking, “ You can’t have it both ways lady”, but I let it go and went to the grocery store knowing I’d likely be in Windsor all afternoon with nowhere to go, because there would be no time to get back before 4:00PM.I was then called to pick GUS up at 2:30PM. I actually based on this could have made it to the appointment I canceled. To say the least I was a bit disgusted by all this run-a-round.Anyway left the grocery store to pick GUS up. When I arrived I of course asked the front desk girl what the cost was assuming it would be a bit more than $6.00, with tax and tip, but instead this girl looked me right in the face and said, $52.00. I said,”What?”I thought she had made an error!GUS weighs 8 pounds, and I’ve been told by groomers that he is as good as gold, barely makes a sound while being worked on.My point is, I am angry! These people lied to me on the phone about cost for shampoo and nails. Totally lied, then when I disagreed with my bill and told the receptionist she made me feel like I was lying to her.I paid the damn bill, and canceled GUS’ next appointment. And since, I went back to the website where all the warning signs of this spa are written in black and white and I missed them; wasn’t paying attention.Kitty’s Spa doesn’t list prices for anything, which means to me they can ask any amount they choose as you stand there waiting for the price and your dog. They hold your dog hostage while they give you the amount, which in my case was five times more than the price I was given on the phone.Yes, I still hold to the great job they did on GUS a month ago, but Kitty’s is financially corrupt!I will NEVER go back there again!

I came across their website and it looked very friendly and reliable. I called to ask some simple questions about my dog because she is older and completely blind. I was wondering if grooming her was something they were up for. The lady on the phone was extremely rude, arrogant, and impatient. Instead of reassuring me that my dog would feel accommodated and safe in their environment, she got angry when I told her I wasn't sure if I wanted to commit to an 8-week program or just schedule a 1-time grooming. If the employees interact with customers like this on the phone, I don't even want to know how they interact with the animals in-person. Beyond disappointed and will be taking my business elsewhere.

I'm in the process of relocating to the Windsor area. I was in search of a new groomer for my hyper Yorkie and sweet Havanese. Their appointment at Kitty's today went very well. When I arrived to get my babies, not only were they happy but they looked wonderful! I need not look further as I'm very happy with Kitty's - and so are my fur babies!
