Kylie was great! The Nice1 cold machine was great. Very easy to use, no ice to fill up and lots of adjustments. I highly recommend it for knee replacements. It's a must have for surgery

Had a great experience with Kristin! (Vail valley) she dropped off the machine at my house and thoroughly explained how to use it and emailed YouTube videos just in case I forgot something. I felt relaxed and calm going into my surgery. Thank you, Kristin!
