“I went to ship items to Canada today and was horrified when a customer tried to get a large print job worth over $250 for only $30. I felt terrible for the employees who tried to negotiate to help her and are now out their time, ink, and almost 2 reams of paper. They were both very professional and it's so hard to believe anyone would expect to pay .019 for each double sided printed page. Why didn't she just print it at the school if they were only going to charge $30? I just felt the need to let them know they were right and they were amazing during every interaction while I was there!”
