The Canvas Credit Union Windsor Branch is known for its kind and friendly associates who strive to provide excellent customer service. The branch has two outside ATMs that allow customers to deposit checks and cash. While customers cannot directly contact the local branch and must go through a call center, the in-person experience is positive, with the staff being helpful in resolving issues and guiding customers. The branch also has a small seating area for customers to wait if needed. Overall, the Windsor Branch of Canvas Credit Union is appreciated by its members for its convenient services and welcoming atmosphere.
The bank the associates are so kind, it’s just a bummer the company doesn’t allow for the capability to actually talk to the local branch. You can only go to a call center and that’s often times not helpful. I want to talk with people that actually know what is happening at the local bank.
