Amazing service and knowledgeable staff! Heather was absolutely amazing. She got us in quickly and was extremely helpful with supplies. Stan, the respiratory therapist is amazing! He is so knowledgeable. This is the best office and staff!

I came home to a Rotech van parked in my Reserved condo parking spot (license plate "AXG-U76"). This is extremely unprofessional. Tow truck is on the way, hurry up.

I was excited to get new CPAP equipment and followed CU Health's suggestion to use Rotech. Unfortunately, I spent two weeks trying to get pricing information from them without success. Ultimately, they sent me equipment that I neither ordered nor agreed to.
I contacted Anthem Blue Shield, and they blocked any billing to my account. While there are a few pleasant employees at Rotech, the management is unresponsive and pushed through the order without providing a price quote.
Typically, I give a minimum of 3 stars in my reviews, even when service is poor. However, I strongly recommend avoiding Rotech unless you don’t mind unexpected costs.
UPDATE: July 2nd.
Yesterday, I was contacted by both phone and email and was asked to immediately return equipment that I have never received. Over the phone, I was incorrectly told that I had made the first payment and received the equipment. Neither of these statements is true, which is very confusing.
The representative then reviewed the tracking information for the unreceived machine they were asking me to return. It turns out their delivery service expects to deliver it on July 8-9, a week from now. She acknowledged that the situation looked confusing. I have requested that they do not contact me again.

Auto enrolled me in “resupply”. Sent equipment I don’t even use and then billed me $500 before I even knew an automatic resupply program existed. Modern thievery.

Worst company EVER!!! They have no customer care! They are rude and nasty! Then you get transferred to these foreigners that can't speak English! There horrible! There billing sucks! Makes on since!

Stan was the Best! He obviously cares very much about people. He is good at what he does and is very personable. He knows everything about the machine and he explained it very well. He also has a sense of humor that puts people at ease and was so friendly. I can’t give enough credit to Stan for the great job he did and our wonderful experience.

I had a replacement CPAP from Phillips that had locked settings. Within minutes F. Stan Taylor had it set and ready for use. We were traveling to see family and this was a special person who fixed me up no charge. Jasmine set a time with no issues, answered the phone promptly. They are the folks to go to, Thank you.

Do not use this company! There seems to be bo one in colorado to physically help. For some reason, they could not update my address and had me dealing with Reno! Every person you call has a different idea about what how things proceed, if they have any idea at all! I'm sending back my CPAP and switching to Apria. Starting over is better than dealing with Rotech's chaos.

Stan was a great help with my CPAP setup. The startup with getting unit was a little rocky but just make sure you get good info from your insurance provider before starting the process
