So glad to be done with this agency! No follow up upon renewal when I had to make many changes. In the year that I had this agency, they NEVER returned a call. I have MUCH better insurance for a MUCH better price.This Allstate agency is the worst agency I have dealt with in my 40+ years of insurance. Three times in the last 6 months, I contacted their office for questions. My call went to voicemail, I left a message and no return call. Each time I called back and blocked my phone number, my call was answered and of course that person didn’t help me so they sent it to voicemail. I am still waiting for a return call for a message left 2 weeks ago. I called corporate to get it resolved. This is the email I received from Abigal after leaving a message – “Please stop calling the sales line. They have a purpose in the office and it is not to clean up any client's policies. If you get the service line and we are busy, it is for a reason. Leave a voicemail, email us or text the office and we would be happy to assist you when we have time.” Since they haven’t returned my calls, I guess they don’t have time for their fairly new customers. I’ve only been an Allstate customer since last Nov 2022. Unfortunately, this agent only has a couple of years of experience. The problem with Allstate is if you want to change Allstate agencies, you can, but the new agency doesn’t get any commissions going forward even on renewals. Pick your agency wisely. This is an awful ALLSTATE policy!

Hard to get to talk with a real person.I was interested in getting a quote from this agency to see if they could do better than my current agent. I made an appointment on line because I like to meet my agent face to face to get a feel how they would help me in a crises. Then I discovered that I had a conflict with a doctors appointment so I tried to contact them by phone to reschedule. I used the number sent to me confirming my appointment and got someone who was not able to find my appointment without asking a lot of questions that I did not have the answer to. So then I tried to text them. For some reason their system would not let them respond back to me. GIVE ME A BREAK???Bottom line, if this agency is so difficult to get ahold of when you are trying to do business with them, what are they like when you need them in a crisis???

I’m sharing this not shame the business overall but just to share my experience. I had an account with this agency last year and had no issues until it came to separating from the office. I called back in April, to cancel my policy. I spoke with some lady in the office, not Joe who had previously helped me with my policy. She seemed not too interested in the process of cancelling my policy. I gave the name of my new policy and forwarding address was fine to receive the cancellation letter. I asked for a confirmation email or something to ensure I wouldn’t be billed again and that the account was closed. She told me that I would receive something in a few days. After a week went by of nothing I called back with no resolution to the confirmation. Unfortunately, I was billed without my knowledge and because my card was removed it went on the record of nonpayment. (Which I did not have knowledge of until recently.) Because of this I was recently informed that I have been sent to collections. I expressed the situation and submitted as much proof as possible and it was denied. Now I’m having to pay for an error that I was hoping avoid. Again, nothing against Joe, he was nice when it came to speaking with him and I had no previous issues. However, whatever agent I spoke with did not provide the same level of professionalism. And unfortunately this was my experience.

We moved to a different zip code. We bought a house. I call to get the Homeowner insurance set up. I had to ask Numerous questions and wanted a similar policy that we had on a prior house. That information could not be found or something. I never really got a straight answer. So we got the insurance set up- sort of. then I had to change the address for all our other policies on line that created a mess. A policy increase and duplicate changes and on and on.I NEVER got a call from our agent to ask us how we are doing if they could help NOTHING! I emailed them my frustration and I have not heard back from them at all. If it weren't such a pain to change insurance companies I would have changed a couple weeks ago.AND I have had nothing but issues with drive wise. Which I also asked my agent about. It never seems to be tracking my driving. I don't know why.NOT Happy at this point. What ever happened to quality of service?

This agency has been very responsive in meeting my needs in giving me a new quote for insurance. They seem to do their best to meet the customer's needs within the time period needed. I will remain in contact with them in the future years. Yes, I now have insurance with them...

I recently had issues that were somewhat difficult regarding my financial situation and fraudulent activity. I spoke with Nadia in regards to changing my payment method. She was very professional, kind, and compassionate. Nadia completed my transaction efficiently and successfully. My point in this review is that the Unruh agency has always provided exceptional service. Nadia's exceptional service is an example of extraordinary customer service that this company exemplifies.

Absolutely fantastic customer service!! We were looking for a new Allstate rep, Abi at Unruh office walked us through all of our policies, explained the options, provided us guidance, and saved us money. She created the personal experience and relationship we were looking for. We could not have asked for a better experience!!

Worst insurance agent!!! Caroline and Joseph didn’t even care to help to get better rates. This agent makes Allstate look bad. I use to have Hajek agent with Allstate her employees would always check in. She retired and they put me in really bad hand.
