They get my drink order wrong more often than they get it right.Update: whomever is the owner, please respond sincerely and not copy and paste from your other negative responses. The lack of respect your staff shows customers is appalling. They also like to argue with us customers about how we would like our drink prepared.

Had a mobile order and had been there a while. When I asked about my order, they said it was next. Then I watched them move my cup back about 3 spots. Didn't realize asking about your order meant you got treated worse.

This one is not my "home" store. They are often super busy. However they are super fast and efficient. While they are rushing they are still friendly. If they mess up my order, they are quick to fix it and apologize. They never fight me or try to correct me. If I want to try something, they let me. They are a great alternative "home" store. So even if it looks like there are 75 cars in the drive thru and the lot is full, still stop. You'll probably still be out in 10 minutes or less (more often than not, less)

I never write reviews about places until I can’t take it. This Starbucks is the only Starbucks they never can get things right. Then get rude about it when u say something. I only go here because they are 5 mins from our house so that’s on me for goin and wasting my money 90% of the time. So every other Starbucks I go to when I do I say extra caramel drizzle. I get it around the cup. No problems. This one, one person says well u have to say line the cup so when I do say that, they say u mean extra caramel drizzle? ? I went there today and said extra caramel drizzle. They hand me my drink, no caramel around the cup so I tell her. Her response is well it’s on top. Did u want it around the cup? YES!! They remake it and I feel they made it with a little bit of sarcasm! If they are gonna charge for the extra caramel drizzle at least get it right! I’ll be glad when the other Starbucks is built! My pic that’s a bit ridiculous just because u had to remake it and prove a point!

I loathe the location of this store, never enough room in the parking lot to pull in so it’s not easy for parents to run in, people are incredibly rude and cut you off from the other direction rather than getting in line where everyone else has been patiently waiting, the line is also always so long it’s inconveniencing people who are trying to get around the Starbucks store. Location needs to change. Also don’t appreciate getting a protein box fully molded and noticeably so I’m not sure how it left the windowKid-friendliness: Not very kid friendly options

Consistent coffee. Some of the local places are better and cozier when meeting others, such as Windsor Lake Coffee or Coffee House 29.

This is my least favorite location. The wait is really long most of the time. They were out of the flavor I came for. But in general, prices are higher than ever and now they've just added a tip option to their credit card system. What's next.. I'll need to tip the cashier at king soopers?

I was asked to leave because they were "short staffed" at 2:45 pm. I was one of two people sitting in the lobby minding my own business. There were 4 or 5 people working and one car in the drive-through when I left. I thought Starbucks took pride in customer experience and providing a space to relax, enjoy a cup of coffee, and get work done. Apparently not. Not sure how me reading affects the demands of their staff...
