Excellent, fast & friendly customer service. Shipping and returns, I have also used the convenient notary service I call ahead to double check a notary is available when I am planning a signing at UPS Stores. 5 or more positive experiences at this location.

I just had a great experience at the Windsor UPS store and had to share. I needed to return an Amazon order and I had my two toddlers with me. I wasn’t thrilled to get them out of the car for such a short transaction but it turned out to be a great one. My son (4 years old) was greeted immediately and the man who helped us was interacting with the kids and was so kind to them. After we completed our return, the kids got lollipops. I hadn’t been in since they switched franchise owners, but it was a great experience!

I was there last week to do Amazon returns and I don't know how to choose The UPS Store so it defaults to darn Whole foods per Charlotte because Amazon owned Whole Food. I didn't know that anyway Charlotte was my person today although they all lovely girls Charlotte was my hero today. I had 4 WF returns she performed her magic and together we cancelled 1 by 1 to the UPS store. I was making sure I wasn't holding up the line which goes fast anyway. I just want to thank all these lovely ladies. I highly recommend this store

I usually have a great experience at this store. I use UPS a lot because I don’t trust the post office. But the older woman with dark hair who works here is straight up rude and less than helpful.

So when I went to USPS, I was unable to ship because of some hazardous materials. Ashley was EXTREMELY helpful and very kind to me. I ended up having to go to UPS to ship my package, the staff that was there was also very helpful, my issue ended up being resolved all thanks to Ashley, Ashley is such a winner when it comes to costumer service!!!! Will be coming again

You guys have got to get a drop off box. I’ve been in here about a dozen times in 2025 and I believe 11 out of the 12 times, I’ve been in line for over 12 minutes. Waiting to drop off a package. I don’t need a receipt, I already have everything taped up and ready to go. Today while I was in, three people behind me were complaining about the same issue. I’m going somewhere else from now on. I give up..

I am a regular customer who goes there maybe more then I should haha but today it seemed like these poor ladies couldn't catch a break with rude customers and how they were to all the ladies. Yet they kept smiling even though I know they felt like crying. I had to do 4 trips today for Amazon returns for myself and 2 friends so I did separate trips standing in a long like each time but it goes fast. I read the reviews on the new manager and I wish people would be honest. She has helped me out several times and I am sure she doesn't remember me but she helped me a computer illiterate person to cancel returns to change to The UPS Store with no hesitation. She is well they all are willing to help you with anything you need or didn't know you needed. These 5 ladies are a wonderful team who have great customer service experience. Please don't believe everything you read. This new manager Charlotte is the best one they have had since before Covid. Owners give these well deserving ladies a raise.

Very poor customer service. Went in to ship a package. The woman cut me off nearly everything I was saying. Rushed and rude, despite there being no line behind me. Only gave 2 stars instead of 1 because the process was straightforward to ship.

Rude employees who stand there and ignore customers when the store is not busy. This is the second horrible experience I've had at this Windsor, CO UPS store. They could not figure out how to type addresses correctly and became even more rude when I asked them to correct their errors. Stay away from this store!

The individual who identifies as the store manager was unwilling to process my jacket return in its original packaging without purchasing a box or bag for it. The return instructions initially stated that no box or label was required. I immediately took my jacket to the Greeley store, where the return was processed without any issues. If the so called manager in question sincerely values her position, she should ensure she is familiar with the proper return procedures.

Went through a line of customers that was to the door very quickly. Pretty impressive work by the employees here. Was a quick transaction when I got to the cashier as well. Overall great experience.
