I have been using Uptown Laundry in Windsor for the last year. I can compliment this establishment on every level : Customer service. Yes. Cleanliness. Yes. Up to date appliances. Yes. Extended services availability: (doing your oversized pieces; folding laundry). Yes. Never messing up your blouse starch instructions. Yes and that’s huge on rating scale.
They run this business with the kind of care that was evident “back in the day”. Wish I could say that more often!

I’ve been several times to this laundromat, the last time I did drop off service. The ladies up front are so friendly and helpful and do an excellent job! The place is always clean and easy use. I highly recommend the drop off service, especially for comforters!

Exceptionally great! As a manager of a local commercial establishment that can accommodates up to 1134 people at any given time, it has been such a blessing to partner with Uptown Laundry Service who has singlehandedly performed miracles removing stains and keeping our fabrics looking new despite the wear and tear they see on a regular bases. Services are affordable. Staff is always friendly and helpful. They have an exceptionally fast turn-around time. Their facility is always clean. I highly recommend Uptown Laundry!

I walked into Uptown Laundry and received the BEST customer service I have had in a long time. I wish so much that I had asked what the employees name was because she was absolutely amazing. She was so kind, and went way above and beyond to help me. I would highly recommend this place. The cleanliness, atmosphere and all around vibes are just a wonderful as the customer service. 5 stars well earned.

I didn't do any laundry here due to many smaller machines out of order. And many marked for oily clothes. Whatever that was. Did not notice prices. But it's not a very big laundromat with options for single loads

I have to tell you, Shae is the most amazing human being ever. I told her we'd have a huge load coming in and she prepared for us. She is also always on tip of it and just the sweetest human being ever. I always recommend this place!

When I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile and exceptional customer service. The staff is friendly, professional, and always willing to go the extra mile.

The man that was working there was super helpful and friendly as I hadn’t been to a laundromat in a long time. He helped me from start to finish and even made a suggestion about how to use all of the laundry card so I didn’t have a balance. Washer smelled clean and so did my comforter. As a bonus, there were good music videos, playing on the TV!
